Good bakeries nearby and great for transport

The room condition is bad. I needed to change room. The toilet of the first room I stayed had no flush. The heater had noise of water flow. In addition, the room had bad smell. The room had no TV.

The conditions of the facilities are not aligned with the year we live in.

Wasn’t amazing ..Room so small no AC …Breakfast wasn’t good

I wasn't expecting too much given that it is 2 star however what I got was not as advertised, no kettle, mould & noisy. Initially when I complained I was not happy at the response but the next day I was moved to a room which was cleaner, quieter and had a kettle! The rest of my stay was what I had been expecting, plain and (mostly) functional

Stayed one night which was one to many

Well I found the hotel rather old and pokey. That would have been alright if the price was moderate, but the cost was A$200 per night; admittedly, this was during the French Open staged a few kilometres away....

Very basic room that could do with a new floor as the carpet was quite old and stained. The bathroom facilities were clean but the shower fitting was broke. Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned each day. However, I was woken very early to loud repair work being done on a number of mornings with no explanation from staff.

Horrible hotel. In other countries the price will be 35 USD Max for it. In Paris it is more than 100 USD. Filthy carpet which was not washed for years. Tiny bathroom. U-shaped old mattress which is too soft. Room has bad smell. Walls are made of paper, impossible to sleep after 7.30 am. Can hear every neighbor and the maid. I suggest to use chain hotels in Paris because private hotels have low standards.

Ok for a short stay and well located close to metro and shops and restaurants

Clean, not expensive, friendly and helpfull people at the reception. People who are complaining about noise in the street: what are you expecting in Paris?

Location is good, bed was comfortable, heating worked fine. Room was very quiet facing an internal courtyard. Bathroom had a small window that a room across the courtyard looked down into..... Room was very dated and bathroom in serious need of a revamp - chipped basin, paint pealing and mould. Safe didn’t work. WiFi was reasonable but needed to be logged into every time you took a break despite selecting remember me.

This is fine if you are not staying long and are not expecting much from your room .The bathroom is tiny but very clean. The temperature is quite high, I had to sleep with the window wide open. Otherwise the area is OK, plenty of restaurants around.

Im glad I booked timhotel. Its a bloody bargain for what you get, which is certainly enough room for one person and almost definitely enough for 2 close people. I will say that you should be prepared to pay for a taxi if your coming home late, as its a pretty seedy area. Particularly between timhotel and the hippodromme De longchamp, as I found out, is not a nice walk.

In the pics the rooms look completly different from the real! Never go back there ! PS: one of the guys of reception was very great for everything....the old and small guy !

Our expenses budget doesn't go that far in Paris. This was only €90 but it felt cheaper than that. The tiny room was supposed to be non-smoking but it stank of stale tobacco. I gave up trying to work the television.

The hotel was quite good, considering that it was so affordable. The area has plenty of good restaurants to choose from, and supermarkets. Its not very close to the main attractions, but you can easily get everywhere with the metro or the bus. Its almost impossible to get lost with all the signs. Staff was nice and available all the time. The only thing I didnt like about the hotel is that the elevator was so tiny. It was only big enough for my mom and me (120 pounds each), without big luggage. I seriously dont know what the guests would do if they were overweight. But this is a very small complication for me. I was able to get to my room anyway, and thats what matters. The room and bathroom were small too, but we didnt need much space anyway. The idea of traveling is to spend the day walking around the city, enjoying yourself. I only needed the hotel to sleep and shower, and that I did without problem.Overall, I was pretty pleased.

Unfourtunately we got there told all was ok , went off for bit sightseeing before coming back to complete check in only to be told they were actually full but they had a different hotel nearer football ground . They moved us with taxi ( the least we would expect ) . Yes the new hotel much better position for football thou area noisy less desirable and hotel thou friendly quality was lacking ! ( & guessing a lot cheaper !) New hotel grubby rooms , unusable shower (unless size 0 model !) on main noisy road stuffy with little amenities ....And to be honest when emailed hotels .com not even reply !!!!!!! I believe Im owed a refund for this but wont hold my breath

Okay place to stay for an overnight. Close to Périphérique so easy access as a stop on the outer edge of the city
