Very nice hotel in a more peaceful neighborhood of İstanbul away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It is hard to stay in a room closer to the Bosphorus! Staff is professional and responsive.

The hotel was very elegant with a beautiful view facing the water. The room was very clean, all the staff were very polite. The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system. All the workers were so attentive and kind, great customer service!

This waterfront property on the Asian side of the Bosphorus Strait is elegant, peaceful, and historic. The staff could not have been more accommodating in arranging tours and excellent dining options. All in all, this was a very relaxing spot from which to explore the Kanlica neighborhood and Istanbul, set among beautiful homes, parkland, and of course the waterway connecting the hotel to downtown Istanbul. We would especially like to commend the Reception staff of Levent, Berkay, and Orkun for their attentive service and responsiveness!

The hotel is located at the Asian side of Istanbul, the view from the room is amazing, the hotel is quite and lovely to stay at, I would like to visit again in the future for sure.

Location is super but didn’t receive the drink or upgrade, the electricity was out a great deal of time, so no ac & the water was out for a few hours so no bathroom or shower for several hours.

Really good stay! Restaurant is amazing but the staff needs some training. There was only 2 tables and they struggled to service.

Great view. If you have car it is convenient since by the bridge which have an access to both sides of Istanbul easily. Quite, clean boutique hotel.

staff was very friendly and helpful. they made sure everything was perfect about my proposal. great hotel for a romantic weekend and for marriage proposal if you wanna stay away crowded places. there was not a single thing that i could complain about. BATHTUB WAS AMAZING WITH AL

It was a beautiful property but they had run of earl grey tea and had limited complementary water, unacceptable for a hotel of that category.

Stunning location on the Bosporus. Hours pass watching the world go by and you’ll be hard pushed to find a nicer spot. We enjoyed an evening meal at the restaurant and breakfast was superb, honey and clotted cream...yum!
Staff were hfriendly and parking worked well.
Neighbourhood was nice. If we’d stayed longer we could’ve explored more, or just spent was time watching ships!
Minor pain was not being able to work the air con. It wasn’t particularly hot weather but the room was v warm at night. Some may prefer that.

Everything was great except when we called to find out if the snacks in the room were chargeable we were told only the minibar is on a charge. I clarified on the snacks and it was repeated only mini bar is on charge. However during checkout it seemed there was a miscommunication due from the front desk. Hence we were charged extra for the snacks. At that point of time it became very embarassing that we were checking out taking the snacks from the room and leaving. The whole scenario looked very embarassing for me and I ended up paying 160 TL more on my reservation. I would have expected if there is a mistake from the hotel staff I dont have to pay for it.

It was my wedding proposal hotel. That's why it was so important and so critic for me but I really appreciated staff's welcoming. Firstly thanks to manager Batuhan , Sefer and thanks to all staff. I promised my fiancee that we will stay at the same room every wedding anniversary .. Thanks Ajia team.

The view was very nice. The room smells was bad. The breakfast was not good enough.

Best location for a romantic view . Just over the sea . We come here every year for last 3 years . This year the facility was a bit thorn out . It requires a touch to feel that shiny old house of a pasha .

My husband and I celebrate our anniversary here when we are in a Turkey. The hotels location on the Bosporus is mesmerizing and the interior design is very clean and friendly. Always great service from staff and lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone. The only downside I found is that the bathroom light is not best for make up after sunset. It's quite dim. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay.

Awesomeness! Spent super quality time with my wife on our 20th Anniversary. One of the best choices for couple in Istanbul. Oh, the breakfast! You will love the Turkish breakfast on the balcony.

this is a nice boutique hotel; the staff are friendly, the hotel is beside the Bosphorus and the room had lovely river views and a comfortable bed, but the location is terrible; the hotel is about 12 miles from the centre of Istanbul and there is nothing in the locality to compensate nor any amenities to use. Taxis are always needed and this becomes restricting and wearing. It is also fairly expensive for the overall experience

I've been to Istanbul many times and I can't believe I just discovered this hotel! The three nights we spent there were beyond anything we have ever expected. It was very comfortable, very romantic and the view was breath-taking!
I gave them 4 for cleanliness of the room only because there was strong sewage smell in the bathroom - but in their defense we never brought it to their attention.
The 4 in the service was because the NO sign at the door was not respected. Our door was knocked on many times which got a little annoying.
Otherwise this hotel is perfect and I would stay in it again!

It has great view with the center of the Bosphorus. With the complimentary boat service, you can also great experience in the Bosphorus between Europe and Asia. Nice hotel, nice service and great view... Best place to stay in Istanbul.

A small jewel of a hotel in the most stunning location. Istanbul's traffic is something you have to contend with to get to the tourist spots however, it was always a pleasure to get back to the hotel.
