Easy check in process. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

We spent the night after the Gold over America Tour to see the Olympians. The hotel was easy to find, clean, and well-suited to take on the other gymnast enthusiasts who did the same. The morning breakfast looked delicious, but we took advantage of the coffee bar on the way out. The staff was very polite and even tolerated some aspiring Olympians doing tricks down the hall.

Dealing with customer service is not the best . Someone stole Me wifes charger , when she tried to retrieve it I had to call . It should of not come that I had to call .

Pay for contential breakfast that is no different than what other hotels provide for no additional cost.

It is very convenient to I-40 and in a triangle between Elon, Wake Forest and High Point. Queen room suite was very spacious with a lot of storage available, and beds are comfortable.
Appetizers and dinner were very good. Bartender Tim is fantastic. Very personable, engages in conversation, and attentive.

The hotel was beautiful, and every single staff member was kind and respectful. I could not have asked for a better stay!

The rooms were updated and clean. During our stay there was a large group of teams/kids and the staff did a great job of allowing the team to enjoy their stay while respecting the other guests. Property is in a good location about 10-15 minutes from downtown Greensboro.

Stay was good overall. Rooms were spacious (Jr. Suite). Location closer to main area (food, Walmart, target etc). The only complaint was the pool!!! We went for a swim didn’t get in due to a layer of hair on top of the pool!!! My husband noticed it didn’t look like it had been circulating. Other than that front desk was very nice. Didn’t eat we were busy! Would stay again, just clean that pool!

Several hairs in shower…unacceptable. This hotel was more expensive, with smaller shower/bathroom/no fan, and did not include breakfast (big disappointment).

The layout of the room was well done. I also appreciated having an individual microwave and mini-frig. The room was spacious and clean. I plan to stay at that hotel every time I visit the Greensboro area.

Place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here numerous times with no problem. This particular time our room had ants. The room they move us to had toilet problems (Flushing). Attendant didn’t seem to practically care. Did the minimum I guess.

Hotel was great, convenient location for lots of restaurants and fast food. It’s also located right off the highway which was easy to access. The rooms were very clean. The only negative was that I had requested a crib during check in for our one year old baby but we’re told by the front desk they only had 1 and it was in use. I understand they are first come first served but only having 1 seems quite inadequate. Needless to say, my baby nor I got much sleep without her having a crib. The front desk offered extra blankets which I used to make a bed on the floor. It was very frustrating as I’ve never had a hotel not have a crib available and we were unable to travel with a portable crib.
