Horrible place to stay. I wish I would’ve read the reviews. Do not stay at this place. Horrible smelling room, bad customer service and I was charged double. Would not recommend. I think it’s the owners or the staff leave positive reviews. Sad

The staff was nice and it was an easy check in. Once you walk into the front door the place has a bad smell of cigarette smoke and sometimes fishy. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and so did our room even though it was a non smoking room. The room was clean and didn’t have any stains.

Did not stay at the hotel. The first room the bed had what appeared dirt. The second room had hair and blood under the sheet. I ran away as fast as I could

I would not recommend this hotel for a weekend stay as there is lots of loitering. The outside doors were secure at all times, however, they would not always open and you would have to go back to the office. I did not feel safe there.

This place needs to be observed by a higher department. I’ve never experienced such a bad stay at any place. I suggest this place gets a revaluation on being open to the pubic. The level of cleaning and preparation for customers was absolutely disturbing.

Do not stay here. As I arrived to check in, the person at the counter answered her personal cell phone and kept me waiting. The "lobby" is more like a vestibule. It is very small and her kids were running around the customers. Waiting for the elevator, I noticed the walls were dirty and stained, inside the elevator as well. Upon arriving to my room, I noticed the sheets were dirty. I booked another hotel and checked out of this one. I was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business days. That came and went. I followed up several times and got the run around. I finally had to call the 800 number to get my refund.

Like: residence are nice. Dislike: bugs, crushed bugs, dirt. They do not clean your room. They do not remove trash. They clean once every 2 weeks. Water is never hot (cold showers) Room smells like weed. Cost you extra for clean towels and linen. Cost the same as a regular hotel but without regular hotel goodness(?)

Waiting 30 minutes to get some 1to check in behind the toilet was pee everywhere bottom sheet was dirty I was ounce a housekeeper that’s straight up nasty very disappointed will never stay here again

Upon arrival was told they did not have a room even though we had a reservation. Receptionist was the only one cleaning the r rooms and checking people in.

I showed up to check in and was met with a hand drawn sign that stated “Sold Out”. Thinking that I had a reservation and all I had to do was check in, I was sorely wrong. I called the front desk phone as there was no one at the front desk and was told that there was no vacancies. I stated that I was already reserved and just needed to check. I was told tough luck and I literally told “you can yell or scream about this, it makes no difference”. So I walked away with no room. Come to find out I was charged after being told that I wouldn’t be charged. I called hotel.com customer service where I was told that I wouldn’t be charged and the representative told me that they were indeed rude. Confirming my entire experience.

I feel like i am in a mental hospital honestly

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Place was dirty, cockroaches in both rooms I purchased, dirty towels and dirty bedding. To top it off, no working TV. I would never recommend anyone to stay there and if I was a part of Hotels.com, take it off your inventory.

My stay was awful, very loud people screaming and yelling. Staff seems not present AT ALL and would not help. A lot of homeless hanging around the parking lot, building fires. Not an ideal stay for the price I paid. Motel 6 would have been better.

The beds were stiff and not very secure. There were roaches crawling about and it was not very cleanly

There were multiple cockroachs in the bathtub as well as on the stove . The availability of the front desk was very inconvenient and the staff was unfriendly.

The dirtiest hotel i have ever seen there was roaches and trash and gum on the floor in my room air conditioner wires were exposed and there was dog hair and human hair all over the bed

This is NOT a hotel! It’s an apartment building! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Let’s start at check-in. We arrived very late, at 2:08 a.m., only to find they stopped checking people in at 2:00 a.m. so they cancelled our room! Having no options, I had to pay the hotel for the same room I already paid for through Expedia! Then we get in our room and being dead tired, pulled the covers back to find hairs, lots of them, in our “clean” sheets! The next morning I got up to shower and found no wash clothes and only 2 towels! No soap to wash my hands, no shampoo or body soap, nothing. I went down to the front desk to ask for 4 wash clothes and 2 extra towels (it was my wife and I and 2 boys in the room), and was told the “company policy” was only 2 wash clothes per room!! I said, but sir there’s 4 of us in the room. He said, “ it’s policy” and proceed to give me two wash cloths!! The “hotel” had no iron or ironing board. No blow dryer. NOTHING! No amenities at all! Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $25 and stay at a hotel, not this apartment building. BTW, I talked to a tenant who had been living there for 7 years!! Sounds like an apartment and not a hotel.

The room was quite spartan but very clean. I think it was geared toward folks who stay for weeks. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. No complaints because we were there only one night.

There was a cockroach on the bed that we were laying on and we didn’t even feel safe to sleep under the covers

It was near the Panamerican Center , which was the Venue we visited, and some options for Meals near.

Not recommended for business travelers. if you have to find a place you can afford for a room that’s dingy okay go for it.

There was dogs all over the place staff was not nice they didn’t assign the room where we stayed in. Staff tried to open the door of our room and we did not feel safe there.

Worst hotel ever, I understand it’s an extended stay but everything was falling apart, it was so dirty We ended up leaving and sleeping in the car because a Rest stop is better than this place. There was so much noise coming in through the rooms, bathroom was disgusting the bed was gross absolutely worst places I’ve ever stayed in

This hotel was pretty clean, it had also just been remodeled, which was nice.There was a lot of parking but not much by the front desk and door you have to enter to go to the rooms. Which makes it hard if you have children or have to go back to your vehicle for luggage. Checking in after hours was simple compared to most hotels, and they were nice and helpful. Also, house keeping knocked and tried to open our room at 10:05 am which was almost an hour before check out. We really enjoyed our stay till this happened, they woke my husband and baby up and neither was happy about it. Over all the hotel was nice and would probably stay again, but the day time staff needs more training.
