Great staff, great room, except we didn't have a remote for the tv amd our toilet clogged up as soon as we used it. They fixed everything but still.

Staff was superb , lovely hotel , comfy beds .

Breakfast was convenient and changed each morning with plenty to choose from, staff was friendly and helpful, they clean your room properly and the room was always sticked with yhe basics you need for your stay.

The staff at this hotel are incredible. They check to make sure we have everything we need & ask if there’s anything they can do for us. No matter what time of day it is you are greeted with a warm smile & greeting. The facility is always very clean & the breakfast has a good selection. It’s one of my favourite hotels in Edmonton

Quiet rooms and the kids loved the pool! And the pool hours are great for vacationers. It's close to drive to lots of restaurants and attractions but not great for walking in the area as there are no sidewalks and busy traffic.

When I arrived to check in at 4:30 with a check-in time of 3:00pm, they did not have a room for me. She asked if I could check-in after the concert late into the night and the second offer was to get ready for the concert in a room that had flooding that still had the equipment in the room drying it and no plumbing at all. They gave no explanation and no apology and booked me into another hotel room nearby with a king bed instead of two queens. I have never shown up to a hotel to check-in and been told they don't have a room for me. And then travel to a different hotel that wasn't as nice and different beds. The experience completely ruined the trip.

Location is great, close to lots of dining options, stores, conveniences etc. Welcoming staff all the time.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly and always smiling. It gave a warm welcome everytime you walked around and used the facilities. The breakfast each morning did not disappoint and was always fresh and lots of it. Thank you for an amazing experience for our first stop in Canada. Highly appreciated and recommend!

Room was clean, didn’t like the sliding barn door for the bathroom. Bathroom doesn’t close, seal or lock. Definitely not ideal when sharing a room. Wouldn’t stay here again with this room design.

Great location however housekeeping was not consistent and had to be requested on day 3, carpets in the rooms were very dirty

Very nice, great breakfast

We traveled from out of province and had a very disappointing stay at this property. We were booked in a room between two sperate teams of teenage boys (multiple rooms on either side of us). The other guests were extremely rude, loud, inconsiderate and unkind. They banged on our walls, blasted their music and knocked on our doors and ran to the elevators. The hotel didn't deal with the situation effectively and after the second night, did not have the other guests removed. It was a terrible experience for myself and my young children.

Breakfast was excellent. Great location for touristy attractions; we did the science center and West Ed. Large rooms. Excellent staff. Only complaint is the floors. Our feet were black. And the level of chlorine in the pool was quite high, made my eyes burn and I wasn’t even swimming, I was just sitting on the sidelines.

The area was safe, hotel was clean and employees were helpful and kind. Good hotel, will return!

We decided on our last night in Edmonton that we were going to go to a nicer hotel. We were not pleased by the end. First off, upon our check in arrival - the concierge told us that they had over booked the King bedrooms and we were being "upgraded" to two queens (we do not have a King bed so we were looking forward to the size and extra space that the room would have because of), the room was nothing special - it was nice decor but similar to other hotels we stayed at for half the price. We wanted to stay at a hotel near West Edmonton Mall that had a pool and hot tub so of course those amenities/location come with a fee. There must have been a soccer tournament in the city which is fine but what was not fine was that these boys took over the hot tub and pool and were playing volleyball between the two and shouting, there was no parent/guardian supervising that I know of and they were hitting other guests and making people uncomfortable. I mentioned that to the concierge which looked like she took care of the situation thankfully as when we had gone down an hour later (for another reason unfortunately) - the area was quiet and they had seem to vacant but unfortunately it was almost 11:00 pm so we got to enjoy less than an hour which was unfortunate. My credit card was also charged an extra fee that I was not told about - it was a deposit but I was not made aware of it. Unfortunately, with all that ensued and for the price, it was not worth it and we will not be going back.
