The property is very conveniently located in Nimman region with a 10 min walk to Maya Shopping Complex and One Nimman. The property has two swimming pools with jacuzzi and steam/ sauna rooms which are great amenities to relax. The breakfast served in the in house restaurant is amazing. The region has lot of local food joints and a KFC short walk from the hotel.

We stayed 7 nights here and housekeeping staff were very nice. We didnt felt the front desk staffs weren't too nice or willing to help when we checked in and whole time we stayed. Hotel is clean but everything is dated and especially the shower and the bathroom.

Everything was really great. The breakfast was always a high point for the new day. So many new things to try each day. Super clean and awesome staff.
Only complaint is that there wasn’t an Irish pub in the lobby area. But that’s probably asking too much. Haha

Relatively new building with quality materials. No super luxury but overall meets all human need. Sofa and bed were comfortable. Bug net helps natural air coming in. Morning breakfast was very good. Location is good in the middle of popular Nimman area.

カンタリーヒルズチェンマイに宿泊するのは今年の6月以来2度目でしたが、いずれも快適な滞在でした。パートナーと一緒だった6月の滞在は、本館の1 bedroom suite(twin、61平米)で、広さは十分でした。今回は一人旅でしたので、studio suite(46平米)を予約したのですが、新館のresidenceにgrade upして頂き、6月よりもさらに広々としていて快適でした。一つだけリクエストするとしたら、バスタブとシャワーが離れていてちょっと使いづらいと感じたことです。お湯の温度と量は十分でした。
フロントには日本語の上手な女性もいて全体的に日本人客を意識したhospitalityを感じましたが、何故か朝食にはそれがあまり反映されていず、日本茶も頼まないと出てこず、お部屋にも日本茶のティーバッグが置いてなかったことがちょっと不思議な感じがしました。

We stayed only one night but wished we had more time. The room was very comfortable and clean, beautiful view of the temple mountain in the distance and the pool with waterfall in the middle of rooms. One of the air conditioners broke. It they fixed it right away with a smile. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is that it is load when the planes fly over but anywhere in Chiang Mai is loud. Close to all the Nimman St. shops and restaurants.
