Used to stay at this location years ago. Never again. Old and dated. Can’t believe I was charged for parking. I’ll be checking hotels.com it shouldn’t have been charged. Walls paper thin. Could heat the people talking next door. Very noisy. Pail in hallway full of water from a leak. So many new and nicer in the area. I chose because of past experiences never again.

This has always been our go to place to stay when visiting Buffalo. The hotel has not been maintained well and is starting to look rundown. Our room had dirt in the corners and under the bathroom vanity. It did not feel like a clean place to stay. Our room had to be moved since there was no cleaner and the room we were supposed to have wasn’t clean. There were signs on multiple doors indicating rooms were not clean. Does not instill much confidence in the rest of the hotels cleanliness. We had booked a larger room for 5 people and bad 2 towlels. Had to go down to the front desk 3 times before the laundry was finished at almost 10 at night to get towels. Each time we went out of the hotel, front desk staff was outside the front door smoking so had to walk through that to get to your car. Definitely won’t be staying here again!!

This property was in extremely bad condition. Bed sheets were extremely dirty. We even complained to the management, they said it was due for renovation.
Then why was it open to us to cause us misery. Do whatever possible to get us a refund. My old parents almost slipped in washroom as the curtains in the washroom were not properly installed causing lot of water spilled in the washroom

We came Friday Receptionist was very kind, lovely and she let us have the room an hour early. Room was clean best thing u dont need Any shampoo conditioner body soap overall was nice breakfast was great.

it’s a big mistake to book to this Holiday express, the couch have a hole underneath the full out bed, there is poor hot water, and worst part is
my daughter woke me up @4am bc there is a bed bugs crawling in the bathroom floor.
so i supposed to stay 3-nights but i told the manager i can’t stay no more
and the price per night is ridiculous

A good location for cross border shopping using the Lewiston bridge. Close to fashion outlets, grocery stores and restaurants. Free, ample parking. Express check out. Good free breakfast with good coffee and hot and cold food options.

Was good except on the last night because we have a noise people next to our room . I can believe the manager do not have any respectful time note or restrictions on Fitness room specifically after 10:00 pm . I know the hotel was full but they need to take care about it specially when you need to relax and be ready to travel on next day .

I didn't like the property and they gave wheel axis room which is worst and smell and the bath room smelled like urinals passed and not cleaned.
Worst experience and I never book thru the Expedia this is last time I don't get justice for the stay. Expecting call from Expedia else I am going to cancel my credit card transaction for this reservation.

Check in was easy & the chap on the desk was very friendly & helpful.
The room was clean, bed excellent.
The bathroom has a few dirty spots in the corners. Needs a thorough scrubbing.

We are very disappointed. Swimming pool was extremely dirty, filtration system was not working. There was used small shampoo cans half used, missing towel. Room furniture drawers were dusty. Breakfast was ok, but nothing like on the pictures and for the price this was a poor experience.

There was too much dust everywhere.
One more thing It was unexpecting is the dirty bed sheets full of hair. The water in the pool wasn't clean. The variety of food was poor enough. But the staff were friendly and nice.

People were talking so loud outside my room and I sometimes wake up from my sleep at night because of the loud opening and closing of the other rooms door. I was on the first floor and I chose it so I could be easy coming in and out of my room which I regretted it. Over all I was not satisfied.

Very disappointed. Bugs in room. Did not want ground level room. Front desk told us there were no other room available e cent floor 2 beside noisy elevator. Was going to stay on ground level but when we went to the room, we found bugs. Went back to front desk. Now there was a different clerk, and he found mea room on 4th floor. Amazing that he could find room but not previous clerk. Terrible service.

We stayed in room 326. The shower head was very loose and the water spray from the shower head was poor. The water control for hot and cold in the shower was broken so getting a regulated water temp was hard. The white shear curtain on the window was filthy!
All of the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty! :(
The outside of the building had broken, cracked, falling apart cement at the base of the front pillar.
The staff was friendly, helpful, very nice.
Nice breakfast and the gentleman in charge of the food was really nice and helpful.

We have stayed in the suite several times. It’s nice to have two beds and a pull out couch in the tv area.
The breakfast is really good. So many choices. Hot and cold options. Lots of places to sit and it is kept clean.

Unfortunately one of the members of our party didn’t feel well, so they chose to sleep on the pull out couch. The mattress was stained, ripped and torn and there was no bedding for it. The arm of the pull out couch was falling off.
The carpets were stained and in good need of a steam clean and/or replacement.
We love the location of this hotel. Central for shopping. The fridge, microwave and Keurig are a nice feature.
The mini Dove soaps are great!
Will stay again, but hope the hotel invests some money into updating rooms.

Overall average stay. The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are dated and worn but clean nonetheless. Perfect spot to stop overnight.

When you go in to the property the smell of the carpet is not good even the room smells not good. They need to improve the cleanliness of their carpets.
