Parking is safe and secure. Rooms are clean. Water is hot. Convenient to get to. I've stayed many times. Don't love the staff. Many small incidents that add up to be very annoying. Owners do not understand rules for service animals and do not understand what questions cannot be asked. To be fair, If you have a service animal, make sure you are not charged for a pet.
PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE SUPPORT DOGS SHOULD NOT PRESENT THEM AS SERVICE ANIMALS, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BOUGHT A STUPID CARD TO SAYS THEY HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL. IT MAKES IT HARDER FOR DISABLED PEOPLE WHO HAVE ACTUAL SERVICE DOGS TO HELP WITH THEIR DISABILITIES.
DON'T BE CHEAP. IF YOU HAVE A SUPPORT DOG, CALL IT A SUPPORT DOG AND DON'T STAY IN PLACES THAT DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. IF PETS ARE ACCEPTED, PAY THE PET FEE FOR YOUR SUPPORT ANIMAL.

It took me several minutes to open the room door. That sums up the experience at the hotel. The hotel could not even offer basic hygiene items like lotion. Practically no amenities.

Very impressed on how clean our room was. Hotels ive stayed in paying like double what we did last night were not as clean. Only thing when it says hot breakfast I expect to see scrambled and or fried eggs with breakfast meats. Oh and coffee machine did not work at all

This hotel was much better than i expected. The bed was very comfortable. It does offer a complimentary hot breakfast which was good. My only complaint was the sound on the TV wasn't very good and there was no coffee pot in the room. I would stay again.

Stayed here for last weekend's CIN @ Tech football game. Room was fine but the in-room supplied toiletries amount to liquid soap on the walls so plan on bringing your own soap. Room was fine for a night or two and not too far from the campus and stadium. Staff were friendly

This an adequate hotel room to spend the night while traveling across the Southwest. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, but the room itself was just okay. The breakfast was adequate , but nothing special. It's a good price for what you get.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready for me when I arrived. The only negative was that several of the breakfast items were empty and were not refilled or resupplied during the breakfast hours.

After traveling all day made a reservation to stay here. Pictures on the website look great. Checked in and the door key didn’t work. Manager couldn’t get it open either so gave us a new room. After which manager was able to get the door open. We turned on the A/C in our new room and left for dinner. When we got back from dinner the A/C wasn’t working and we were told it would be 40 minutes before maintenance would come to look at it. Went back to the room and found bugs in the bathroom. So we decided to leave. We didn’t get a refund from Expedia because we didn’t purchase the insurance. Doesn’t matter the facility was sub par and not as advertised! Would not recommend this place. Stay away!

I stay often at this hotel because there is safe parking right outside the room. Ground floor only with easy load in and out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Basic lodging. Easy access.

The shower did not work. The GFI plug in the bathroom was tripped and would not reset. The batteries in the TV were low and only worked occaionally. The microwave and refridge were not plugged in; I had to move a desk to get to the outlet to plug in the appliances. Breakfast was to be available from 6 to 10 am. At 6:40 the lobby door was still locked and no staff were in sight,

It was clean and easy, good location. We had pet. Black out was good. Shampoo. Body gel. Lotion. Hand soap. Towels good. Property was clean. No loitering. Easy check in. Everything listed on web site. Great breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatos, fruit, waffles.

The AC didn’t work in my room they moved me to the room two doors down that the AC wasn’t working but was instructed to turn the knob off and on until it kicked in. The room had bed bugs and when I brought it to managements attention they said they don’t have bed bugs it must have been a rash

The management was hateful and rude and he's straight out called me a liar refused to give me a receipt for money that I had given him and told me that my service animal whom I've had for 15 years was not my service animal. And proceeded to charge me for 3 days with her being there that I had to pay directly to Memphis value in when I booked my account on through Expedia which I love Expedia and refuse to give me a receipt

The room was better than expected. It was clean and comfortable, not many amenities but well worth the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the grounds were pleasant. We would definitely stay there again when in Lubbock.

It was one night, we got the Jacuzzi in the room. I liked the fact that it ground floor - no stairs. Nice little breakfast in the office area. No real problems.

One room was great! I had requested 2 non smoking rooms. Ours was but the other room upon checking in was filled with smoke. Smoke alarm was missing and phone had been disconnected from wall. Manager refunded our money for one of the nights . Staff was amazing helpful but still hated the way room was. Won't return to that motel.

The property is in such need of repair that I feel what we paid was far more than the room was worth compared to other places we have stayed. The carpet had holes the bed spread did as well. There were what appeared to be transient people cooking in the middle of the property

It was very quiet, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and places were a very short drive away (within 1o minutes). The AC was excellent. The shower did not work but we were only there 2 nights. We got in the first night and didn't use the shower. When we discovered the issue we did not bring it to their attention. We had 2 pets with us and did not want to risk them getting out.
