Impressive facility, good breakfast options, hot drinks in the lobby. Clean room (studio) looks new, very nicely furnished. Good use of space. Great breakfast. Very well-maintained facility in excellent location. A pleasant and enjoyable stay - thank you SpringHill Suites!

We were taking a 10 hour drive to spend Thanksgiving with my in-laws. About half way through the trip my son started to get very sick. When I checked in for the night I told the lady up front what was going on and she was able to get us another room that connected to the first room. Well during the night my daughter and I also got very sick. The front desk was so helpful and patient as we tried to figure it if we could leave on time/get a late checkout/or needing to stay another night. So friendly and kind and understanding of our awful situation.

Check in was easy with no hidden resort fees. One of the best room layouts I’ve seen. Bathroom divided with toilet/sink and second with shower/sink. Modern, relaxing room. Safe neighborhood with many options for dinner nearby.

I liked the bathroom being split, with the toilet and a little sink in one area and the shower And sink in the other. The bed wasn’t the best, not terrible, but it could’ve been better for the price.

Very clean room, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, room was freezing when we arrived but I just turned off the air and was fine all night. I thought the noise from the street might keep me up, but I fell asleep quickly and slept soundly. Lighting in the bathroom wasn’t great for getting ready, but that’s typical for hotels.

The desk staff was very friendly. Shared ideas on places to eat. After checkout I hike in the parking lot realizing I k ft my phone charger it was easy to fur ya to get back up to find ur. Thanks for the great stay. Great breakfast. Even as you began to run out of food they replaced it quickly. Would stay here again.

The room was accommodating enough for 5 people (including 3 young children). We had a strong language barrier with the room service, but we managed to have them take our towels and trash and get a new trash bag.we never heard any other guests, but our swamp cooler in our room was fairly loud. The water pressure was dismal and the soap and shampoo provided didn't actually clean like normal soap does. The tub was a perfect size for bathing little kids, though, low to the ground.

We rolled in after midnight after an eight hour drive. The lady checking us in was friendly and she greeted us with a smile. The room was immaculate and interestingly unique. The toilet was separated from the shower/bath in its own room with a sink. That was great with the 5 of us needing to do different things in the bathrooms at the same time. The breakfast was good and the staff assisting were very helpful. This was by far one of our best stays at a hotel in years.

There were a few problems with the room: running toilet, loose faucet in tub making it difficult to turn on the shower and the door would not lock easily unless we messed with it for a few minutes. They fixed everything but the door, and reduced our daily rate to compensate. Staff was friendly, good breakfast, kept room clean and good location.

Good size room with 2 beds for our family of 4. Nice complementary hot breakfast. Took us a while to find the thermostat as it was blocked by the floor lamp. The toilet did not flush right but we fixed it ourselves by adjusting the chain in the tank. Overall nice for 4 people at the price.

I'm not a frequenter at the Marriott properties. Wouldn't have stayed at this one if it wasn't for the location. As my experience goes. Walls and celing are thin to allow you can hear everything going on. Beds are ment to stand the test of time and not intended to provide the comfortable sleep you would expect from a upper end property. AC/Heater is loud and close enough to the bed that your in a constant wind all night long.

The ladies at breakfast were very friendly and hard-working, as well as the cleaning and reception staff who were very attentive, only one tall man at the reception who was very inattentive, I liked everything else. Good place close to everything in Provo.

Stayed one night. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable except for a few major problems - the bathroom sink took forever to drain and you had to flush the toilet at least 3 x's before anything happen. Left early the next day and was going to let the front desk know about these problems but there was no one there!

The property was great and staff was friendly. However Expedia failed to notify them that I have a service dog even though they told me they did. The person who checked me in was not really happy about it but they had no choice because she is a service animal.
