The stay with Chris and Nancy was fantastic. We come here 2 or 3 times a year because they are terrific.

Wonderful hospitality. Very comfortable family room and an excellent breakfast. The property had parking and was very conveniently located for the waterpark, pleasure beach, beach & piers. The wonderful weather & airshow were a bonus. I highly recommend Branston Lodge & will hopefully stay again.

The reviews were spot on. The hotel was spotless and conveniently located. The parking at the back was free. The breakfast was lovely everyday and the hosts were great. Would highly recommend.

We have just got home from three nights in Blackpool. Two adults and 1, 11 yo. Room was spacious and actually had a bed rather than a sofa bed. Right next to Pleasure Beach. Breakfast was delish. Chris and Nancy were super hosts! If we come back we would defo book back here.

Chris and Nancy messaged us to let us know we could check in earlier as room was ready which was great we could make more of the first day room clean breakfast great lovely and quiet lovely couple would recommend

Great location, really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, rooms were really clean and warm and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice with great service and they made us all feel welcome every morning and included the kids in everything. Would 100% stay here again for our next visit.

Was late arriving and they were very understanding got shown where everything was and how the keys worked treated friendly in morning and always checking with me if anything else they could do

could not fault this b&b very large clean comfortable room. tea/coffee in room very good welcome meeting from hosts. very well situated for sea front only 150 meters away and 200 meters to pleasure beach. breakfast cooked to order. would highly recommend, dont miss going to bentleys fish and chip shop 50 meters up the road. best i have had in a long time

We chose Branston Lodge due to it's rating. It didn't disappoint. Friendly, warm, clean. Good breakfast served and always with a smile.

The owners did the best breakfast, book what you want night before and a time slot, as soon as you sit down its served with fresh coffee

Chris & Nancy are very welcoming and friendly. The guest house is very clean and comfortable and is in walking distance of the promenade. The breakfast choice is very good and plentiful. Would thoroughly recommend.

The only complaint i have is the hard bed and lack of fan in my bedroom - i forgot to take my own fan. I sleep in softish bed at home. Other than that i really can't fault the place ... Chris and Nancy are so lovely and helpful ...

Owners were friendly and helpful - they let me keep the car in their car park until 3pm on the day we left, which saved on parking. Breakfast was fine - it was nice to bed able to choose just what my daughter and I like. Beds were very comfy and we slept well. Although beds were made and room tidied the bathroom wasn't cleaned. On the second night a there was a knock at the door in the middle of the night which disturbed me - we were in the room on the ground floor near to the front door. I felt a bit agitated by this but it didn't affect my daughter and it was dealt with promptly.

Everything was great and a lovely warm welcome from Chris and help with the luggage. Met Nancy at breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. A very well run hotel and we will happily return.

Very accommodating, great hosts lovely breakfast and very clean. We stayed 2 years ago hadn’t realised the owners had changed but we were just as happy with our stay.

I like everything about the property. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. My only draw back was the bed. Everytime I turned on the bed, it squeaks.

Great B&B a very short walk away from Blackpool Pleasure Beach, South Pier and Blackpool South train station. Warm welcome, clean and tidy room with a decent breakfast in the morning. Can’t complain about anything.

Beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Rooms were spotless and very spacious. We will deffinately stay here again when in blackpool Ive stayed at a few hotels and guest houses but this is by far the best weve stayed

We had a great time staying here for the first time. We got a text letting us know we could check in early which was a great help. From the moment we arrived until we left we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like old friends rather than guests. Breakfast was great and our room was a great size and was spotless.
