We stayed here for the last night of the Eras tour and even after two days of madness the staff and space were perfection on night three. They thought if every detail and worked so hard to make the stay an experience. Room was excellent, quiet, clean, and comfy! It was a wonderful experience by the team!

Great stay, nice hotel and great location to concert. Concerns would be driving around the parking garage for 30 minutes to finally get a spot (one we kind of created along the wall with some other cars). And only 3 elevators. After the concert the lines for the elevators were all the way into the lobby. Tried to use the other ones and only one was working on that side.

We were in Indianapolis for a concert. The area was really hectic due to this. We arrived at the hotel before 4pm and were told that the self parking was already full. The valet people were stressed out and rude both on vehicle drop off and pick up. The room we had was huge. It was mostly clean except an earbud on the ground that was not ours and the body wash in the shower was empty. The beds were very comfortable. We did not hear anyone in any other rooms. I could only hear showers/toilets in other rooms if I was in the bathroom. Only one elevator was working. Making it crazy to get into the rooms when the hotel was so busy. The valet parking was $55.

Very nice room only issue was the bed isn’t very comfortable and it would be nice if they would be more transparent about holds for money for example they had me insert my card in case of a incident were to happen but they don’t tell you that they do take the money even if nothing happens and you won’t get it back for multiple days after your stay

Anniversary weekend getaway. Very nice stay. Staff was great and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to get off the road and get some sleep. Night person started at me while at the double doors for some time before letting me in to check in. Guess I must look like a vagrant? Room was perfect for what I needed.

Would be 5 star if the room had matched the cost. $2700 for 4 nights with every other day cleaning and fairly small room was a bit over zealous.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive for the most part although I didn’t get daily towel service as requested. I had several wardrobe changes throughout the day for my conference so I showered in between. The elevator must be fixed (buttons and availability and Kuwait’s should be in the rooms. That coffee pot is not a viable option for such a nice hotel

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to the ballpark, stadium, pavilion, museums and downtown. Everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we made the reservation we had asked for a ballpark view if possible and when we arrived in our room it had a nice view of the field! We didn't even get to try the bistro which was very popular and everything looked/smelled good. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was great! It was taller than most we've experienced (a plus for me) and it had good temperature and pressure. There were plenty of towels too. The parking was under the building and extra (we knew that up front) but it was a discount from the public rate. This was an outstanding stay!!
