The stay was good and walking distance to most night markets and day markets.

Location is the best for this property, very central and the sunday market right across, lot of transportation, restaurants and shopping in this area.

location is excellent in old city, many restaurants close by, sunday market right across the street..

The location is perfect, but the service is too awful.

Chinese tourism too loudly but I think this is not a big problem

Great location, good price, but too noisy at night time.

This property is basic and so is the staffs attitude. To be honest I checked in, but just didn't feel comfortable. It just wasn't the type of hotel I wanted for a vacation. I checked out after a couple of hours, although I had prepaid and lost my money. But all in all I think it was the best decision for me, as this can make or break your experience in a city.

I had a bike accident in Chiang Mai and the Imm Hotel was ideal for being on crutches. I got a room on the ground floor and the staff were happy to help with any requests including service of breakfast from the grab and go counter. The beds were firm but comfortable and the rooms are cleaned quickly each morning. The location was perfect for getting around Chiang Mai with an atm right outside, tuk tuks always outside and massage service inside the hotel. It was little more expensive than nearby places but not many places cater for being on crutches so it was worth it and I enjoyed my stay here.

Nice and convenient location, average breakfast the downsize is the hotel does not provide tooth brush and it only provides one small bottle bath gel and shampoo each which were not enough forv2 people.

There is a level 4 open roof top which we sun our wet swim wear after elephant sanctuary : ) Responses from staffs were fast. Hotel location is good. Cleanliness can be improved. There is some bad smell in some of the rooms ( we booked 7) which was unpleasant. Soundproof is not good.

Great location! Avoid a room on the main floor as the breakfast buffet is held there and people can be noisy.

The hotel is just outside Thae Pae Gate entrance to the Old City.Walk in any direction for coffee shops , cafes or massage shops.The Thai boxing arena with all the bars is 10 minutes as are the night markets.Mostly Chinese clientele.However,the front desk staff do speak English & were helpful.The rooms are comfortable & include instant coffee,kettle,fridge & 2 bottles of water.Breakfast is mainly Asian but I was satisfied with toast,coffee & watermelon buffet style.Prices varies but well worth my midweek,breakfast included,price.

Imm hotel is well situated in Chiang Mai and offers a low budget experience that is adequate without being 4 star. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is basic but good and the interactions with the staff were all good. Have stayed here twice and happy to come again, however if you wish something a little more stylish then there are many other choices

Tuesday at around 9PM, I was walking past the check in counter to the elevator to go to my room. As I was passing by, the lady behind the check in counter told the young man who was working with her to ask me what room I was staying in. He,knowing that I was staying there, hesitated and said something to her. She then said something to him again and he had no choice but wave me over as I was waiting for the elevator and asked me for my hotel key..ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? Theres no pool or fitness center there so what the heck would she think Im doing at the elevator other than going to my room? She think I was some sort of thief? And she didnt have the guts to ask me herself, she made the guy do the asking. Ive stayed at over 50 hotels in Thailand and this was the first hotel that made me feel like a criminal.As far as the room was concerned, the only good thing was the location.The twin beds that were placed together were hard as a rock and one was higher than the other. The TV was about 24 and too small plus the reception was horrible.Will never stay there again.

Close to old city , easy access to almost everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay during the Songkran Festival and after. The Hotel was super comforting in not even giving us looks when we walked I , super drenched in water but I guess we weren't the first and only ones either :) The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was cleane, spacious rooms and a working Air Conditioner... only thing I missed was a hair dryer but that's available upon request at the front desk.

Great location and clean hotel. I asked for quiet room and was given room 345 on the third floor. They recently installed a lift so guests don't have to walk up the stairs. Don't stay on the ground floor as the buffet is set up right outside the rooms. There is a MacDonald downstairs and guests the enjoy a 20% discount. I would also recommend the massage at the hotel. Ask for Cat. The foot massage is 250 thb. There is a 10%discount for staff.

The only saving grace is the location versus the price that I paid for. I have gotten much better hotel rooms before at that rate paid for this hotel.

The Hotel room is not big but good enough to hold two guests, staff there is very support, they help me to call the church for mass schedule as I don't speak Thai. The Hotel is located at the center of Chiang Mai city, 2 minutes walk to the Old City and you can enjoy food and shopping all day long from there.
