Nice and close to train and bus station. Very clean and new. Friendly desk staff. The bed was comfortable, and the duvet and pillows for the best!

All good. This is a big chain hotel that does a nice job. Clean, quiet, convenient, and very nice staff. Rooms a little small, but did not bother me, as a solo.

Great location. Access to the train station and the sightseeing bus stops right at front. Typical business hotel. Breakfast buffet is good, good selection.

I highly favor the property for making it convenient to Westbahnhof, the mall and food services at the station, and the easy accessibility to 2 U-Bahn lines.

There were long lines for check-in, as there were only two people checking us in. The rooms were a bit small, but clean, modern, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We will keep this hotel on our list of favorite hotels.

Good hotel close to public transport. Good breakfast, but not much to choose from. Despite soundproof rooms, sounds were heard. I can stay here again.

THE CHECK IN WAS EASY AND COMFORTABLE, THE HOTEL IS NICE AND CLEAN BUT THE AIRCONDITION ISN'T ENOUGH FOR THE SUMMER. PUBLIC TRANSPORTAION RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOTEL.

Tolle Lage, schöne und aussergewöhnliche Ausstattung. Frühstück könnte für den Preis besser sein ( es gab kein Rührei ! )

An excellent hotel with convenient transport link. Wonderful staff, helpful and efficient. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Brand new, very clean, comfortable, comfy bed, very close to the city center (10 minutes with metro, 30 minutes walking). I would definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Street noise minimal, but can hear the showers in adjacent rooms, which woke me up too early. Easy access to most tourist attractions by public transport. Train station next door has good selection of stores (drugstore, grocery, chocolate, clothes) and casual dining. Area not charming but I felt safe. One day there was a weird smell coming from the shower drain, it went away when I covered it with a damp towel. Nice room to relax in in the evenings. If there was a teakettle it would be almost perfect. Overall, considering everything, especially the reasonable price, I would stay there again.

I booked a room for a friend with special notes which a front desk could not find at all, so the front desk needed my ID for this room reservation. I can't imagine what would happen to us if I didn't accompany my friend for check in! Why could't the hotel n the front desk take care of my notes well in advance?

Great value for money. Cant complain because a low price and new standard. Low price consept that works. Bigger room than expected. Serviceminded hotel also.

Great room, good location, good shower

The hotel room were nice and location quite convenient. Only negative point is that you have to pay and get a voucher before having breakfast. They don't seem to allow anything to go on your room bill which is a bit odd especially if you are with business colleagues. We ended having bills for the bars, for the breakfast, etc... Instead of all being centralised on your room bill. Apart from that, all ok.
