In the reception I met Mr.Ahmed Foued and he was so helpful and smiling all the times and also was caring about me and mom if we needed anything anytime also all the stuff was nice the only issue was the night shows were very boring and the need to change it
This place is good for who likes a quiet area and also it’s too close to downtown (only 2 minutes walking)

The place is very good for honeymooners and it was very clean . The breakfast is very tasty and staff are really helpful and friendly

Hotel said i don't have a reservation although i had a confirmation email and they ask for 50 dollars extra per night above the room rate i paid in order to give me a room

Staff are amazing however this property is extremely rundown and in need of serious renovation. The food is also of poo quality. The pool is fallling apart and the pictures do not paint the real picture of the hotel. The amazing staff are severely let down by the hotel.

As Gouna is an expensive place, I thought this hotel would not be so amazing as I got a good price. But I was surprised! Staff were always helpful, food was amazing (actually best hotel food I’ve ever had!). Room was lovely and within walking distance to Downtown. Hourly boat trips to Zaytoona beach. 5/5 bravo!

WE stayed in a very nice water bungalow which suffered from neglect and deferred maintenance to the point where a thatched roof like thing was detached from its mooring and being held up by resting on the light fixture ready to fall any moment, explained to staff, no real concern, and next door, spears of thatch flying in the wind and landing on balcony...the staff is depressed looking and sounding but the place is magical and if well cared for potentially one the best.

Air conditioning runs with high noise. Car care is not provided. Lack of communication with hotel phone with reception staff. Had to walk down thought rains to get a response which was giving propaply.

Fantastic value all inclusive holiday. Staff were brilliant - cheerful and helpful. Food and drink - good quality and variety. Downtown El Gouna a few minutes walk away for shopping, bars and restaurants. Marinas - use Tuk Tuks (20 Egyptian pounds for up to 3 people). Great snorkelling (dolphins and reef) and diving trips at reasonable cost. Free beach towel (changed daily if required). Fridge, safe, kettle, hair dryer in room. Free bottled water, tea and coffee in room. Free shuttle boat to Zeytouna island (beach).
Negatives - Music too loud around pool. Rooms need updating. Guys selling massages, henna tattoos etc too frequent.
