Room was clean and roomy. But the mattress must have been the original one when the hotel was established.. the left side of the mattress was all sunken in and even visible with the sheets one.. it was the most uncomfortable noght sleep ive had in a hotel in a long time. Im sorry to say but the hotel bramd did not hold up to its reputation...

The refrigerator froze my expensive sushi and I didn’t have it in the freezer…don’t think I should have to check the temp of fridge-think it should be at a non freezing temp…so I wasn’t able to eat for breakfast like I had planned and wasted the food

Our stay at Hampton was great!
Our big problem was we have booked Hampton many times in the last five years thru Hotels.com. We are Canadian ,stayed at a Canadian Hampton booked room in Canadian dollars and was charged in US dollars costing us $200 extra dollars. Hotels.com always charged us in Canadian dollars except this time and will not refund for this error. We will never book at Hotels.com again. Rip Off!

Th hotel is very nice for the price range. The gym is excellent. The TV remote was a bit hard to operate (maybe low battery). The mattress was also a bit uneven. Apart from that, all was great.

Your car windows have a good chance of being smashed during the night. Hotel itself is gorgeous and clean. They should consider security for the parking lot.

Great place. Staff were welcoming and they were dressed for the weekend of Shania Twain. There was even a backdrop set up to take pics before or after the concert. Loved the extra touch. Breakfast is included which was a bonus and it was delicious ! Coffee and water available at all times. Room was clean and everything available when requested. Enjoyed my weekend here !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and the evening concierge, Bailey, was charming and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

Staff were wonderful and it was clean. Only problem is our window was completely blocked by some unit so we had absolutely no view and minimal light

Amazing stay! Loved the room, the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. And lots of room in the bed. Only downfall was the WiFi was absolutely horrible. Worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Breakfast was also amazing. One woman with blond hair and black glasses and pretty petite. Wasn’t that nice to us at the breakfast. I believe she was a server. Other than that it was fantastic. The staff that greeted us, checking in and out. Free cookies when checking in were great! Also loved the house keeping checked to see if we needed anything on our two day stay, and didn’t complain if we needing anything extra.

I usually write a review when I want to give a compliment and 5* however for the first time in this case, just for the sake of families, I share my comments and experiences.
I booked this place late and I hadnt many choices as everywhere was booked. It was a mistake to fall for the review score which should be 7/10 at its best.
Families with children, I dont recommend this place as they see you like a product a "third party ( booked through expedia)" and not a "member" and not in a human way, repeated the sales manager Carolyn Davis.
It might be okay for a sole traveler for one night stay and that's all.
-The location is far from anything that might be convenient for the families even with a rental car.
-The hotel is not very clean and they dont clean it unless you ask and then they dont clean the floor and they dont make the bed even though that they have it on mirror.
The sheets had stained and we used our own sheets.
-pool's bottom needs maintenance and injured my son's feet.
-Shuttle bus is complimentary as per sales manager so dont count on it.
-break fast, is okay.
-Staff: Bailey was a nice welcoming person around all guests. general manager Jonathan is no use when you need an explanation. sales manager Carolyn, a bully person who made our family traumatized with her behavior.
I dont care about any reply to this review, I did what was right and I try to keep the good memories of Saint John's not the hotel part.
