Restaurant and grounds were very nice. Food was excellent. My room needed some repairs and paint - and better lighting. Overall good value. I’d stay.again.

The dive shop is excellent. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you like personalized service you will love Vanilla sky Dive shop.
The restaurant is good, a little expensive, but good food. The pizza is great.
The hotel is just ok, it could be much better with better bedding. There is only 1 top sheet, I kept having to turn off the air conditioning because it was cold, then back on because it would get too hot. A blanket or comfortor would make a huge difference.
It is a great location, just off the main road but a 5 minute walk to everything.

Our stay was ok. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. However, there were a few problems. For starters, there was no television to watch, doors to the closets were falling off, brown water coming out of the sink in the CR and the shower kept leaking, could not turn off completely. The breakfast was very simple. Stayed for 4 days and basically ate the same thing everyday. Not many options to choose from.

It's very pratical to go around the places near Alona Beach, we rent the scooters directly from the hotel, which was very convenient. The service in general was nice, the only negative point was that it was difficult to connect to the internet in the room.

It's very close to Alona Beach and all the restaurants and shops around, hotel staffs are friendly. If I have to say a negative point, it'd be the WiFi, we could only use at the ground floor, other floors the signals were quite weak.

Excellent for family, quiet place, room are perfect size for the family loft although, not happy of the drinking bottle water refills. Quality of food is perfect, but it takes an hour after order. Nice area close to Alona Beach.

The resort was very nice and close to the beach. The room was generally clean and the view was good. The staff were really helpful, who tried to solve any of our problems, including changing the time for ferry and getting the tickets ready. I would highly recommend this resort if you have limited budget.

just an ok place. There is no fresh water for showers. They only provide salt water for face wash, brushing and it is hard to accept this. Food is ok. Everything they charge extra. Breakfast is not included. For the money you pay it is not recommended. Not easily accessible to transportation. Night movement in town is difficult .

my stay was very enjoyable, the staff were friendly, helpful and responsive from the maids to the owner. the grounds and rooms well kept.The food was good and reasonably pricedThe linens could be upgraded and it is a little bit of a hike to the beach and town area.(maybe a mile) still a great value, I would stay again.
