Horrible, this hotel ruined my honey moon experience and my whole overview of El Gouna. 1- The reception doesnt know their job, and asked me to pay when my stay was paid online, also did not know what my booking is. They also asked me to fill in the form twice as a girl scratched it. 2- The concierge asked me to leave my bags in the sun on the floor, and never brought it till I did myself. 3- The room is too old to be a 4 stars room, the shower drainage doesnt work, the AC is on high fan always and took ages to cool, the toilet seat doesnt work properly, the balcony door doesnt open, stains on the bedsheets and covers and the TV isnt working and when fixed it was all zoomed. 4- The staff who book activities are very pushy and asked us to pay extra and not tell anyone that we paid him. 5- We were surprised that towel card should have been given to us on arrival but reception forgot, so we struggled to find towels at the beach. The only good thing about this place is the restaurant and their staff and also the view, but they dont know customer service basics. The hotel manager asked us to change the room to a suite but that was on day 3 after reviews have been made, and we did not have time to change rooms as we were booked with activities. This hotel is basically a 4 star facility with a 2 star staff who have not been trained on customer service and quality standards, it is not a tourism hotel at all.

Nice location, room is comfortable and large. Buffets are very large with a lot of variation. But noisy clim and food quality is average to good. Supplements are expensive. (Golf, spa, diving...)

Very quiet place , Clean Room,very helpful staff, food variety & quality is Excellent, Restaurant & kitchen staff were Excellent. Chef Khalid & his staff. Mr. Atef and Restaurant staff also perfect doing everything to make us feel good . Perfect place for Relaxation. Animation team are pleasant persons. We liked the place very much. Am sure this will not be our last visit to this Hotel.

A decent hotel for a beach getaway. Wish we had known which drinks were included in all-inclusive, so we could have made a better choice about our tarif. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. However, upon our late arrival (due to flight delay) we were simply given a plate of salad and seated in an empty restaurant while staff cleaned around us... We were not given any choice about food, or offered room service; not the best first impression. Staff friendly, but getting anything accomplished through the front desk was arduous.

Friendly staff, great hotel + facilities! Food could be a bit better to be honest, only reason why we gave it a 3 not a 4. Also no free wifi in rooms (which we were told there would be by hotels.com) and the free wifi in the lobby is ATROCIOUS. But great beach, and gounas a brilliant place!

We were there for a wedding that was taking place in the area and the hotel was a great deal in a relaxing beach front resort. Great staff service and wonderful water activites on-site! Fun for everyone!

The Hotel was great, The staff was more than helpful. They have been so cooperative to fulfill all our requirements.

Would love to visit again. Staff warm and helpful. Hotel looks nice even if you can easily get lost sometimes. Dining area offers many seating options including no-smoking and no air conditioning. Truly a beautiful location with the mountains, the sea and the endless clean beaches. It was easy to relax and enjoy the holiday knowing the hotel was looking after everything.

The room is very comfortable and the cleaning staff is excellent.Morgans restaurant by the beach is AMAZING, great location, view and food. The Paella is a must!The beach and pool facilities are excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

We were there in November and we had a very nice Holiday. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Wonderful beach with lot of space. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful surroundings with green areas. I would really love to come back
