The place is fantastic and peaceful, perfect for those who seek a less crowded and noisy environment. The rooms are generally clean, but the bed and blankets can be quite itchy. The pool is suitable for everyone, though it tends to get dirty as it's not cleaned regularly, and sometimes there are lots of bugs around. On the bright side, the food is excellent! The staff members are friendly, accommodating, and approachable.

Great location. Mattresses on their smaller beds punched out, should be replaced. All the larger beds are excellent.

The wifi service was not good. Good pool area. Friendly staff.

They were not at all accommodating during these difficult times.

The only complaint I have is the bathroom has a bad odor that is coming from the sewer specially when the weather gets hot.

Location was an easy 10-minute walk to Alona Beach, though part of it along the busy main road. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a bit pricey for the area, but you can always opt out and head to nearby spots. Air conditioning was not great, and water in bathroom still had salty tang to it. Still overall value for money.

Property was alright.... Wifi was quite fast.. Location was quite busy but not too bad. Pool was great and had long hours! Massage was also great for the price. Overall rooms were not the best, especially the bathrooms. For the price, its good enough for a place to sleep in. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

Breakfast Buffet is superb! Definitely will come back here soon. Service is excellent. Check-in and check-out is a smooth process. Hopefully they will have more rooms to choose from. Usually they are fully booked, so booked in advance. But overall we have an excellent stay at Henann Resort.

First class .....staff very good

Our first room was in the West building. The air was stuffy and there were little ants in our room. We upgraded to the main building and the room was pleasant with a nice view of the pool. We had to return to our original room before we checked out because our upgraded room was booked for our last 2 nights. Our original room was better this time except for the construction next door. They worked until after 10 pm and the noise vibrated in our room. The night manager was very helpful and let us stay in another room to sleep that night for no extra charge. Overall the service was great, they were very helpful and accommodating. Next time I will book the main building for the view of the pool and convenience of being on the ground floor.

The place was poorly maintained its like every thing was falling a part. mold in the bathroom. aircon smiled like trash.

Location was excellent, as was the staff and service received. Room was a little tired and in need of an uplift but pool area was great and general level of hotel as regards decor and style/upkeep was high. Staff were brilliant and very helpful.

The photos focus on the east wing and associated pool area. Looks great, but unfortunately the hotel is split into 2 halves on either side of the road.Our requsts to have a pool view room were ignored and we were lodged in the west wing across the street. Despite paying a rate equivalent to those of upper class hotels in Cebu, whereall facilitiesare included, our morning workout in the dilapidated gym was interrupted by a staff member asking for money as an extra daily cost.Not advertised anywhere regarding hidden extras, we were not game to try the pool for another possible extra.....

Everything is old even the bedsheets are not good. Also the matress. But close to the beach.

Panglao Regents Hotel are very courteous and accommodating. Location is excellent walking distance to everything, a good walking distance to the beach approx 1.4km and away from the street noise. Love the pool inside the hotel vicinity. Will surely return to this hotel next time we visit Bohol again!
