I stayed many nights in this hotel for the past 4 years and I always picked it for being very quiet. This time, the fan of the A/C didn’t shut down both from the wall panel or the controls on the unit and ran all night. Pretty noisy. Breakfast is very simple, used to be better. Gym needs a major overhaul.

Breakfast wasn’t all that great. Looked and tasted like it was reheated from the day before. Elevator was broke.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The elevator broke but one still worked. The toilet was way too low and, of course, the obnoxious window AC was there. Breakfast was terrible, but rarely do breakfasts w toork these days.. However, it was reasonable, clean, and comfortable otherwise. Worth staying in for a few nights.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, when you could reach them. But the breakfast was not good, especially the bananas which were awful. On Sunday morning around 10am I tried to call housekeeping three times but the phone just rang and rang so I gave up and tried to call the front desk, that phone just rang and rang as well.

The hotel was incredibly clean, staff was great the only issue we had was the bed was too soft and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep for me. Everything else was great!

checked in and was met with the best customer service very friendly staff and very clean and good looking rooms, and one of the best hotel breakfast I've had and all my years of traveling will go back for another stay for sure.

Our stay was a quick overnight stop and the room was comfortable and clean. We did have neighbors above us that we could hear walking around their room for quite awhile which interrupted our rest. Next time we will make a special request for the top floor.

The hotel room is a great setup, the TV didnt work, coulsnt connect it to the apps it has Netflix and on demand ans it wouldnt load because the internet would not connect. When I called the front desk we were told someone would come help fix the issue. One hour later, nobody came up and when I called the lady at the front desk said nobody was there and she couldnt help or come up and that was that.

Susanna and overnight staff were amazing! Room was fresh and clean and cozy. It was spacious and perfect. Pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, the spa was dirty/stained. Perhaps, you should drain the water and clean it with bleach or something.
There was something in the water. When I turned on the jets, soapy/foamy bubbles were everywhere.
The bathroom faucet water had a sewage smell.
Other than those issues, the stay was quite enjoyable.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds & a pull out bed. When we pulled out the bed there was trash all underneath the bed. It was really gross. We picked it up but clearly housekeeping was too lazy to pick up because It was clearly visible. Other than that the hotel was nice to stay in.

Nice room, spacious and has a frig and microwave. Bad part was room wasnt clean upon check in, there was a sock on the floor, food still in the frig and bathroom not clean. If it wasnt for that would have been a great stay.
