Would have appreciated daily housekeeping. No glass drinking glasses were provided in the room. A non-slip bath mat for the tub for safety is needed.

Absolutely amazing. Stay there for my sister‘s wedding. I was so impressed with the rooms and the amenities. It was a very, very lovely place.

I booked online using my debit Visa. No issues that I was aware of. My car broke down on the way in, so I was very late. I called 3 different times to let them know I was still coming. I called once we were back on the road again and the gentleman told me that there was an issue with my card but that I could pay with my debit card when I got there, I would just have to pay a $200 deposit which I would get back after we've checked out and the room was clean. That was great. I received a phone call the following morning about 8 AM letting me know that my card declined and that a credit card was mandatory and then 20 minutes later, they canceled my reservation and I received this via email. I was coming through banff when they called me. So my cell service was awful, so I was yelling so that he could hear me. Unfortunately, this translated to him thinking I was screaming at him, which it was not great. I then had to spend the remainder of my drive in working on getting a credit card added on which was an entirely convoluted difficult process. It would have been really helpful to know in advance that the day prior to my arrival is when they changed their policy. The manager, I believe she said she was said that somebody had used a debit card for another room rental and then left damages. Once we got there and got checked in, everything went smoothly from that point. We had a really nice view of the lake from our room which was nice. It was very pretty, and the breakfast was

Great hotel

The only thing we didn’t like is the breakfast. The guy didn’t make sure it was filled up. It didn’t really taste very good.

The poor rating for the staff was because of my checkin experience. The desk clerk was efficient yet too efficient. He never made eye contact nor engaged in any conversation. He also seemed very busy as he was the only person I saw until the next morning.

It's a nice, convenient hotel, which is down the road from the Millenium Place recreation centre (which hosted YEGPin, an awesome pinball expo). The staff was super friendly and extremely professional. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was included and was well stocked with hot and cold items. There is also a restaurant on the premises which provides delicious meals. It is also next door to an A&W plus a convenience store, so it checks all the boxes in my opinion. Next time I go to YEGPin, I'll definitely stay there, even if there is available at a closer hotel. It's that good.

I love the Hilton electronic check-in process. The digital key worked fabulous.

Loved the room and that jetted tub was wonderful

Second time at this location however we arrived 45 minutes early for check in and was charged an extra $15 for early check in. I’ve never been charged for an early check in so was somewhat surprised about this, especially when the room is ready and we were only less than an hour early.

Internet was absolutely horrendous, could not don any work at all from the room.
