We slept 2 nights at this hotel to go to Disneyland and Disney sea. There is a free shuttle from Maihama bay station which is very convenient. It is very easy to access both parks and having a noon check out is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. There is a small convenient store in the lobby to purchase snacks and a bakery for croissant and other breakfast breads items. We did not purchase the buffet breakfast, not being use to japan style breakfast but it did look good. The only thing I did not like is the pillows which were too hard for my taste (i realised all tokyo hotels where i stayed have hard pillows). Othewise this is a really great Choice to visit Disney at a really good price.

The hotel had spacious, clean rooms, a big bathroom and was so close to Tokyo Disney Resort. We had a gorgeous view of the bay and Mount Fuji in the distance, as well

Good attitude for every hotel staffs

Overall this hotel meets our expectations, especially it’s our first visit to Japan. We stayed on the Hearth 10th floor and the place was very clean, staffs are friendly and the transportation from hotel to Maihama train station was on time as scheduled. We would love to come back to this hotel for our near future Japan visits.

Very convenient place to stay with shuttle bus services. There is also a convenience shop within the hotel.

Our objective was being as close to the Disney parks as possible, to our surprise they had shuttles to take us to the Disney train station. The service helped us out so much and made our experience 1000 times better! Definitely recommend staying at this hotel, loved the service and amenities!

Beds a bit firm but ok pillows were perfect. Place was extremely clean, staff friendly. Only drawback was no laundry other than that great stay!

The bathroom set up was great. Separate shower room door, separate toilet room door, separate sink area. So 3 people could utilize these areas at the same time.

Very convenient getting to Disney see and Disneyland!!

Such a great hotel. It is very close to Disneyland and Sea with shuttles, monorails and trains easily accessible. The service was exceptional. The hotel has great services and amenities and the room was so nice.

A bit of an outdated room- the main reception with the shops and food area looked like it was completely different place compared to the hotel room. Green isn’t the bed colour to begin with There were 2 of us but 3 single beds (2 put together to make a double bed) the bed was decently comfy and thankfully the 3rd bed had another pillow as only got given 1 each Lots of places in the room to store things which was good. Small wardrobe considering there’s 3 beds in the room (and only got given 4 hangers. Fridge hair dryer and kettle provided Toilet, sink and shower room all separate (bath included in the shower and was a descent size bath) Was provided with toiletries and even bath fizz which was a nice touch Did not have breakfast at the hotel There is a spa in the hotel but didn’t have time to go There’s a free shuttle bus that goes from hotel to the Maihama station and back (we did not know this) And there is a free shuttle bus that takes you from the hotel to bayside station to catch the monorail (monorail not free) to Disney parks Hotel provided a QR code which had all the information on which was really good

My only disappointment at this hotel was the spa didn’t open till 6pm .. that was the only reason I booked this hotel to spend the day here before my 10pm flight .. otherwise it’s a great hotel

Nice property. Easy to get to and from stations and parks. Nice property with some food and shops. Shower is a little weird for us Americans. Overall very nice. Comfy pillows, clean kind staff.

Overall a very weird vibe and I'm glad we only booked a night here. Did not feel welcomed nor wanted and that was made clear when we were made to wait outside with our luggage for the taxi. At the small gift shop inside the clerk walked around the counter to ensure my friend wasn't hiding anything. It was clear we were not the "right kind" of foreigner. The proximity to disney was nice, the shuttle was nice, but the service was awful. Also the rooms were clearly old and were stale smelling.

Great hotel for families visiting Disney. Allows you to return to the hotel for a rest during the day if needed.

Shuttle to Bay Station (Monorail) leaves every 7 minutes. This made it really easy to get around.

Amazing hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved that the toilet was spacious and modern looking. Free shuttle around the area was also a bonus!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good and the food was delicious. Thank you for giving us a wonderful stay. Will definitely come back if we visit Tokyo Disneyland again.

Surprisingly comfortable room and really great staff. Didn't want for anything. The convenience store on the first floor is a lifesaver in preparing for your Disney adventure.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. Pros: Overall good value, efficient and dependable shuttle to and from Maihama Station which was a quick walk to Disney parks and Ikspiari shopping center/restaurant options. Room included nice touches such as hot water dispenser for instant coffee/tea, chill box, and some toiletries. We could see the fireworks from Disney from our room. Cons: Limited food options on site (had to take shuttle into town), weird plastic permeated the lobby, do not even hope to check in before 3 p.m. Overall, we would stay again and recommend to others.

Hotel was a great base for the Disney parks, shuttle bus ran regularly, made our days much easier. There is also a Lawsons near by if you need any supplies. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, great selection of food, western and Japanese

Nice hotel near Disneyland. Very comfortable room. Just the shuttle bus services should be increased during peak hours.
