very dirty hotel. Staff was great but our room was terrible. I'm glad we stayed there for just one night.

Bad:Cold water in the shower and the last night before the return, the was a drunk guy that screamed until 4 am but nobody did nothing. On top of that we had to wake up at 5am. Goog: nothing special.

The house is really beautiful ! Even if the cleanliness is not the best we could have, it is clean. This is typical, and we really appreciated it. Really nice restaurants about 2 minutes by walk.

When I travel, I like a little bit of funk. Cancun doesn't offer much for funk, so this place, not in Cancun, in an older building, appealed to my sensibility. First, the "hotel" DOES NOT offer airport pick-up as noted on the general description. It was a $76 can ride to get here, not too far from the airport. After dealing with the hassle and delay in the airport, pick-up would have been greatly appreciated. not having pick-up basically broke the economic choice I made in picking this place. I chose two balcony rooms in the older house. One room was actually quite small, the other pretty enourmous. The large room did not have a chair, had one overhead light - no bedside lights. The plumbing retrofit in the building was awkard - the vanity hangs out over the sink, so you really have to bend down just to spit out your toothpaste. The balcony didn't offer much in the way of an amenity, and was actually accessible from another part of the hotel. Poor water pressure, and no hot water. No in-room water for drinking, either. As for eating. There is no food service on site. The pictures of family dining - don't know how that came off at all. It is next to Kaalau restaurant, which is perfectly fine except they were closed by the time we got there. We had breakfast there the next morning. For dinner, we were directed to Tacos Dani down the street, was clean and well lit. They did call a cab for the bus station the next day. Not a great choice.

This place is beautiful, the people that run the place are friendly, kind, and so helpful. It is a quiet location with 2 restaurants right around the corner. The bus stop is 5 short blocks. It is worth every peso spent ❣️

Very good place to stay especially if you require a overnight in Cancun. 12 minutes from airport. Nice pool. Clean rooms. Secure parking. Friendly reception. Restraunts in walking distance. Noisy bar on one side, change your room and you will be good. Excellent price for Cancun.

Place was great , simple single room, good bed and comfortable. Only complaint was it’s billed as bed and breakfast. It’s not. No breakfast. Other than that place is excellent. Front staff was very kind. Would definitely stay again.

Property was well taken care of and the hosts went out of their way to make sure you're completely happy and satisfied at all times

The property was fine but we booked it thinking because it was close to the airport it would be more economical to just spend the night between flights. Turned out that it was almost impossible to get there from the airport. Unfortunately, it would have been cheaper and easier to book something in the center of Cancun. It's really in an out- of- the- way location, and hard to get an Uber or a taxi.

You got to experience the village life.mix with the locals.do the bus insread of taxi.shops are walking dustance.nice restaurant just at the front of the property..nice pool.stsff very helpful.host excellent 👌 👍

Very nice people and ready to help every time you need. I will never forget the Christmas and New Year eve hanging out , drinking and dancing together with good food offers by the owner. Thanks

This little gem was so nice. The family was amazing so courteous and helpful. It’s a beautiful old building that’s been restored and it’s a perfect spot. If you’re leaving for the airport it’s only about 10 minutes away out of town but their stores and restaurants nearby so perfect for that.

The rooms were comfortable. But I booked here because it was was a bed and breakfast. I found out in arrival that the restaurant was closed

You pay for what you get for. I was scared to sleep on the bed it felt dirty and began getting itchy right after sitting on it. Staff was very helpful getting transportation directions but would bever return to a place like this even if its for a few hours like what I needed it for.

The Manager and staff are OK and tried be helpful but none of them speak English. Therefore all communication is via google translations.. Bathroom haven't smell fresh, kind stinky and getting a lot of the mosquitos. Positive side is working well A/C and free of charge coffee & tea at the entrance hallway. Still a good deal priceway for a short stay.
