Food at the resort was ok, but here was always food option availabe to 1am and even room service.

The food is awesome and the staff very friendly.

Truly a Gem!! We’ll be back for many years to come! I was reading mixed reviews and it seems like those people are just snobby! Food and atmosphere was amazing! And the beach is a dream! Can’t wait to be back!

Hotel and flight were excellent

The property was cool - they had dolphins where you could swim with them at a fee which was fun. Staff and crew were amazing, and always there to help. One thing I did not like is I did not get my room upgrade and I am a VIP member but they charged me $75 cash to upgrade and I could not put it on my card which I should have gotten for free so it seems like I got hustled for cash. The ocean front was nice though but it should have been free so I felt extorted.

The entertainment was amazing, always something to do for everyone. The staff were exceptional always seeing if everyone was good and having a good time. Big shout out to Gabriella, Jesus, Teresa they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Thank you to Claudia and Anna for a great massage. This place has it all from beautiful beach, great pool, entertainment, food to even dolphins on site… simply amazing

I loved everything about Hyatt Ziva. Amazing experience! Staff were sweet & kind. Food is great! The only thing I didn’t like was the adult party above the stage everyday, it took away from the “family feel” it was too much Adulting for our atmosphere below. Their music over powered ours. The adults yelling hootin and howling, The pool bubbles were landing on us. It just didn’t match our Family vibe below.

I loved the property and would definitely come back again. It was very clean. Beautiful, and the food was great. Only needs more entertainments specifically at nights. I still rate the hotel 5 Star. And the location is perfect. Walkable to all the night lifes and shops.

This resort is beautiful, wonderful service and food. I did notice that the swim out pool in the turquoise tower where we stayed was in need of a little maintenance, few of the tiles were missing. Will definitely go back.

My kids love this place

My family and I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Very nice staffs and we all had a good time. I highly recommend this hotel for the families especially with baby. I want to mention our concierge Francisco. He went up and beyond to help my family.

Our family really enjoyed the nice staffs and the facilities of the hotels. We had a great 7 days vacation there and I am highly recommend this hotel especially someone with kids

I got very nice hospitality.

My family had the best time! The resort and the ocean were absolutely beautiful and every single staff member made us feel welcome.

I loved the service it was second to none. Our Tourquize room was luxurious and deserving of a King. My Butler’s Anna and David were there for my every need. The food and drinks were first class everywhere I went on the resort. The Cafe, Bakery and the Juice Bar were musts every single day. The two beaches were exceptional. Five Stars all the way. What I didn’t like. I would consider a spot for late night gatherings. The club is nice but too loud for conversation. A bar with some food and drink Tres Cervages would be perfect for this. Also no KIDS sitting on the swim up pool bar seats. It makes it difficult to order a drink and not to mention they're splashing around and getting pool water in my drink. Very frustrating. No kids should be allowed to sit at the bar seats. Nightly after dinner entertainment could be better. We have stayed at other resorts and the nightly entertainment was better.

Nice place, great staff

The staff is the best. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best trip possible. From Sofia that takes care of the bars and restaurants to Alejandra that is the manager over several restaurants. We love traveling to Ziva and will return again.

the restaurants were fabulous, the staff was delightful, the activities fun… our family of 9 had a blast!
