the hotel was not bad but had no luggage carts. We complained to the front dusk but they did not care and management would not do anything

Stay was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even went and found a crib for us when we got in pretty late.

Very nice room, with comfortable couch for sitting. Clean and in good condition. Staff was very accomodating and friendly.

It’s an older Hampton but clean and comfortable. Most employees were very friendly and helpful.

After a long, tiring drive from Austin, I was thankful to be off the road. Traveling alone, I had booked no reservation being unsure where I would need to stop. The Hampton was more an Oasis than a motel. I was met at reception by a most cordial and competent woman, Anna. She had me quickly checked-in and on my way. The room was cool, clean and quiet. Thank you Hampton Inns.

I wish the shower didn’t splash out on the floor and make a mess.

Nothing really unique, just like any other hotel, my experience was good with the service and the facility, the only issue is about parking, there is not a lot of parking available.

Extremely clean and safe. Very responsive staff. I needed a replacement hair dryer and they brought one up in 5 minutes.

We stayed the night of July 4th and although we did not go out, we had a great view of fireworks all around the city. The free breakfast surpasses most in terms of options and taste.

We only stayed a few hours to get some sleep in a safe area. We both felt safe and secure. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.

We will never stay here again! When you drive all day, all you’re wanting is to get to your hotel room to relax and unwind. Sadly we couldn’t. We practically walked into a sauna because the A/C wasn’t on in our room when we arrived. So when the room FINALLY cooled it was close to 5 in the morning. We had a sweaty and very rosey cheeked baby on our hands. Now, they did offer to move us into another room BUT the other room was just the same. Hot. On top of that, half the dispensers in the shower were empty. Yes, we could’ve brought our own but when you know that you only have a few hours asleep ahead of you till it’s back on the road again, we didn’t get all of our stuff down especially when we have the baby AND a dog. Those are things that the hotel should make sure are stocked. The breakfast was awful. And for being a pet friendly hotel they had NO pet friendly areas for our dog to potty. Now here’s the real kicker, we speak to a manager come morning and without skipping a beat, the manager was very rude and offered no apologies whatsoever. We could hardly get a word in. It was VERY unprofessional and they were not the least bit accommodating in any shape, way or form on the matter. We were in no way looking for a free handout. We just wanted to make them aware that we were unhappy and why. A simple apology would’ve sufficed but they couldn’t even do that. I will NOT recommend this hotel in the near or far future ESPECIALLY if you have a pet.

The hotel was fine. Dated and not well maintained. I was very disappointed that they charged me a $75 fee for my pet for one night. Also, disappointed with expedia that they don’t publish pet fees so it was a surprise. I have never paid more than $25-$35 dollars for my pet I don’t mind paying a pet fee but thought this was a rip off.

Easy to access, good parking and friendly staff. Breakfast was great.
