Great location, very convenient to go everywhere and there are Cole’s supermarket and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will choose to stay here again if I visit Brisbane.

Short visit to Brisbane, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Right in the centre of CBD, close to shopping, eateries, public transport and sightseeing. Reception staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Loved the bright colours on each floor. Will definitely stay there again next time in town.

Lovely room with excellent views of Brisbanes Southbank and the river. Even though not a big room but it had all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. Walking distance to Brisbanes CBD and the new Star Casino, only negative is the parking situation as it is in the old Myer carpark.

Great central location between the river and the central train station. Very clean. They let us check in early. The cafe is also really nice though breakfast was a little pricy but the variety was good. Enjoyed staying here and would happily do it again. Good bang for your buck for the area!!

Pretty stoked with my stay here. Place was nice and clean, staff were great and the bed was soo comfy! Wish i stayed longer just for the bed alone. Washing mashine and dryer were a life saver too

Within easy walking distance of City Hall, the Museum of Brisbane, the Wheel of Brisbane, Streets Beach, and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Especially nice because of the Brisbane Festival and the Lightscape exhibition. Having free washers and dryers available was a major plus as we were mid trip on a 26 day vacation. Room had a magnificent view from the 25th floor.

The bed rolled around when you sat on it and I couldn’t get it to stop and the curtains didn’t close properly.

Liked it as it was central to our needs. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the size of the room as it wasn’t very roomy (we had a corner room).

Locality is good. Room is sparse. Bed was comfortable. Noise from the Irish pub next door was very loud long into the night. It served its purpose as a one night stay to go to the football but I wouldn't recommend it.

Rooms great. Staff great. Very great location, close to everything. Walking distance from central station and close to all shops. Grocery store, chemist all just downstairs. The only comment is even though on story high up, can hear street event until 11pm.

Location was great and the hitel was clean and comfy bed and pillows.
The reception staff not very welcoming and one evening they could not return a hello as we entered. Pleasant enough stay but the room layout was not good. The bed was almost at the window and a couch so far away from the TV that was difficult for us to see and tge bathroom furthest from the bed. Our room was 801.

Great location, but rooms are really small. If you have a large suitcase you will have to close it back up, as no room to keep it open, that small. Check in staff very friendly. Room amenities ok

Room was spotless and functional- a little smaller than we thought given it was a corner room. Hotel staff all very helpful. Restaurant was average- one meal was cold . But overall , perfectly fine for a cheaper hotel price point. Easy access to south bank.

Very convenient, with a large mall below it sporting everything--groceries, pharmacies, doctors, all sorts of shopping and take-away food, and a transit stop,
The hotel is quiet enough to sleep, the hotel staff were lovely and accommodating of my needs, the hotel restaurant food was decent, and the hotel laundry is included. Pretty much perfect!
