The price is right. I would love to book this place since i get the riverview (and the balcony!) compared to other places. But they need to step up on the cleanliness. I found a cheese snack on the side of the bed and the comforter got pen stain. I even found some hair from the previous tenant on the bed. The room is spacious this time and i think i will book the same room next time.

The room is dirty, got a lot of dust on the beds. The hotel also did not provide room cleaning service as we requested. Towel also cannot change after using about 3 days? Very disappointed with the hotel services

it was very dirty roach all over the building no proper pest control. the room is uncomfortable. we had no choice but to check out on that day and find alternative accommodation

Bedsheets are not changed, toilet super old, rooms not cleaned without request. Cockroaches, ants. Urgh. Location is one of the furthest from central.

the hotel room maintainment is lousy, the toilet water is low pressure hardly to clean the push out. no daily housekeeping unless we request. after housekeeping no towel and no bottle water. a lot of ants in the room. one of the day i go down to the ask for the clean towel.. after the housekeeping they didnt replace the new towel, the counter qas unfriendly.

Friendly staff and one of your staff ( a guy) manage to get my booking room due to my booking did not process if im not mistaken. Fast action taken by them im able to get one room to stay at that time.

Nice hotel close to city center. But still can improve in the room cleanliness and reduce bad smell in toilet.

I arrived at 2.30pm but im not allow to check in as the room is not ready yet. But in policy the said 2.00pm check in. I have to wait until 3.05pm to check in into my room. And i asked for late check out at 1pm as refund. But the staff said they follow the policy n i have to check out at 12. But i am wondering, if they follow the policy, they should prepare my room at 2pm not 3pm. And the room.is not properly ready for the guess.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel, overall standard drop or below my experience ... Front desk are in very slow & not in working mood ... I won't come back this hotel anymore ... Sorry to mention ...
