All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation.

It’s an awesome property. Across the street from a 7 11, and a supermarket. The mountain side is awesome. The only downside is the need to get a ride down from the mountain. I missed my flight due to the wait for my ride. Also, it’s a considerable walk to the tourist areas. Need to book a grab to any of the tourist attractions.

Quaint hotel. Good sized room but mine looked onto the main road. Woken a few times by loud mopeds. Worst was TV. Poor channel selections. Mostly Thai and Chinese. Bad reception.

Well-priced hotel in a fun neighborhood. While it's a bit of a hike to old town, the red buses go by frequently and you'll rarely wait long for a cheap ride. The neighborhood is full of different restaurants and shops, and even the hotel restaurant has good options. I didn't have time to try the pool but it looked very inviting and super clean.

Bathroom ventilation is poor, also the shower pipe has serious blockage which causes flood in the bathroom.
The wifi is weak, the connection can’t even allow streaming of youtube video.
The breakfast food quality just soso, especially the coffee is disappointing. The variety of food has no surprise.

Hotel staffs friendly & helpful. Rooms facing small road abit noisy. Walking distance to 7-eleven & small supermarket but need to take public trandport to Maya shopping centre & nights markets.Very near to Chiang Mai airport can hear quite loud airplane sound for taking off & landing....

The location of the property is great. A lot of good restaurants and shops around. The pool area is nice and the room is quiet at night despite being close to a main road. The rooms are quite small but enough space for just sleeping. Breakfast was good and staff were welcoming.

We would stay in this place again if we get quiet room. Over all it’s great except that we got the room just next to the busy street and a pub so all night we can hear tuk tuks, motorcycles, music, people shouting. If we get quite room, this hotel is perfect. It’s clean, easy check in, friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice design, equipped well with amenities.

Great location to explore Nimman area. A really pleasant stay that can be made even better with brighter lights in the room and a better breakfast.

This is nice hotel.few steps to 7-11, restaurant and market.
The breakfast was delcious and the hotel is designed beautifully with an incredible pool in the middle. The rooms are big with nice big bathrooms and comfy beds.

I had to pay extra room charge for my son (which is fine) but when I requested for extra bath towel for him.. was told the charge does not include towel!!! I had to demand for one and offer to pay for it before they agree to bring a towel up! My gosh!

A real find in an up-and-coming area. The decor is very understated and tasteful. Breakfast was average but we had one lunch from room service which was very good. Lots of thoughtful touches such as the eco initiatives (energy saving, soap dispensers, laundry service). The most inviting chlorine-free pool!

Overall satifactory for the price. Pros: good location, freindy staff, clean and spacious room with sliipers for swimming pool, buffet breakfast with a la cart hot food, inhouse washer and dryer. Beautiful pool. Cons: no toothbrush/ condiItioner in bathroom kit. It is not the hotels fault to have loud, rude and inconsiderate Chinese guests. But the hotel room does not have very good sound proof walls and doors which made it miserable.
