It was just okay. Breakfast was kind of boring. I arrived a few minutes before checking in, and the room was not ready. The room seems to be missing light fixtures, and it looks dark. The TV was hanging crooked.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! I did stop into the nearby Walmart before check in, and that area is definitely a little sketchy. But hotel was pristine!

Terrible experience. Hotel was good. Loud neighbors, multiple guest in the lobby complaining from 12-3 am. Hotel staff refused to envolve law enforcement. Worst hotel stay ever. Didn't sleep all night.

At first the person at the front desk canceled my room, and said she called me, I had to show her I didn’t received no missed call from her, but she did give me my room I requested back and it was nice and I appreciate it.

Tried to get more towels they were out had to wash them played phone tag with front desk till midnight took 2 hrs. The room came with towel but I used them and needed more yes.

The room was clean and staff was hospitable. There was a loud knocking noise that awoke us from our sleep at 3:00am. Cause unknown. Our room was a bit warm in the middle of the night. One of the elevators was out of order. Overall a decent 2 night stay.

Checking in was a real pain in the butt I was issued a room key that didn't work went up to the room twice for the same room key that did not work my third trip to the same room turned out to have people in it so they had to assign me another room but everything after that was superb

Wonderful hotel! Great location to PNC Pavilion. Less than 10 minutes away. Room was very spacious. Linens were so soft! Will stay here again!

The location to the stores was wonderful since we visit the IKEA store. Also only being a few mins away from Top Golf was a plus for my husband. When we come back to the area we will stay at this hotel again.

Close to everything. Shopping right across the street. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice - pancakes, two kinds of sausage as well as premade omelets. Very close to UNC Charlotte so that was another plus

The room we had had alot of space .. that was excellent … now there was a few small hairs on the bed/ pillow and quite a few of them in the roll of tissue .. which was odd and a little gross but our front desk agent Jake was very polite and courteous and informative I so appreciated that… thanks for making us feel welcome Jake

The water was cold with first shower and freezing the second shower, was also disappointed only had orange juice not the other juices, other that everything was ok.

No hot water for showering. Fridge in room was broken. Some of the light switches were broken. Room door lock sometimes wouldn’t lock all the way.

I got to the hotel well after 6:00 pm and the room I initially was put in…the phone in the room was mutalated- they did not replace the phone for the next customer and the television was out of order. This hotel is too new to have items out of commission. Of course, I had to go back downstairs to have my room changed and because I was so tired from a long day, I was terribly upset.

Travelled with family for 1 day, it was nice experience. this property is very close to Ikea, walmart and other shopping center.

Very clean, and up to date. Beds are great. We all slept better than our own beds at home. USB outlets in our room, didn’t work. That’s the only thing that wasn’t up to par.

There was no grab bar in the shower of 407.

Came in at 10 pm . Front desk person was outside smoking. We pulled in hot out stuff out brought it in and still had to wait for front desk guy so we can check in, can running in after we shortly waited. Slow check in.
Floor when we walk in dirty- coffee drink drops sticky floor not cleaned well from last visit, chaise not the cleanest.
