Nice property, convenient if you're traveling by car, as it's just off the highway, but you will need to pay for parking.

Outstanding room and breakfast

Really disappointed about this hotel. Room was not bad but with a view on the highway. Staff was really not helpful. No measures related to Covid are taken… Staff does not wear masks at reception or restaurant. Forks and knifes are in a big basket where all guests need to pick, same for plates. Late check is not free, I was coming for a fair that has been cancelled last minute due to covid measures, and staff has been everything but helpful. Room service waiter came with no mask and needed to be paid in room. She also brings the main dish together with ice cream… which of course melted when I had it. I left the tray outside my room and although I called them 2 times to pick it up it stayed there from the night til the time I left the hotel at noon the day after which is quite dirty. Staff really not at the level and not trained. I do not recommend at all.

Nice hotel, very large room (too large and empty to my taste). Breakfast was great, however if you breakfast early be prepared for some stuff to be missing. Not so much to do around the hotel, need to take taxi to the city.

Stayed for one night so did not use the facilities. They sent me a mail saying they would upgrade me but finally didn't! Room Service ordering process is tedious. Restaurant's food was below average and breakfast was standard. The property itself is gorgeous and staff are friendly. Would probably stay on a one night trip but if longer, I'd probably chose something more central.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Second time we are staying here, a group of friend. Comfortable beds, good food and a very enjoyable spa with sauna and pool. Recommended!

It was a very short stay and didnt try any of the amenities or catering but the checkin / checkout was fast and efficient and the room spacious, modern and very clean.

The rooms are great. But, had to ask for the menu at the restaurant three times and where even waved off one of the times. We felt as we were invisible for the staff and would not stay at the hotel the next time due to this.

The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, the room is big and quiet, but I moved the decorative pillows before I went to sleep, the blanket was stained with blood (see a picture).

Reception was mediocre, no explanation about the hotel or the room (a suite with some complex electronics), no hangers in the closet (took about an hour to fetch some). The Safari-style suite was very good. Clean. Sauna in the room :). Some minor technical malfunctions in the room. All in all a value for money experience.

Great hotel - beautiful, clean, modern, great beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Could not have asked for more.

The Hotel does NOT have a convenience shop. Would have been nice to get snacks and drinks for the room on property.

Nice place to stay ! The room was conforable and the equipments were more than correct! Breakfast has large of choice and really good!! We will come back for sure

The hotel was great and we would definitely stay again. Our room was enormous which makes a nice change from tiny city rooms. Things to improve would be bathrobes and slippers in the rooms and a more powerful shower. Also, the pillows could do with an upgrade.

The rooms, the bar and the restaurant are great. It would help a lot that the staff at the reception be more customer focused. We always seem to bother them.

En suite was excellent with jacuzzi bath and separate rainfall shower.

This is an amazing hotel with comfortable rooms. The restaurant and gym/pool area are also fantastic. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in a hotel (on par with the breakfast at the Grand Hyatt in Taipei!). Location is just OK, being a mile or 2 from town and customer service was a bit poor when it came to getting the invoice I required, but I would happily stay there again.

Very clean modern hotel. Restaurant service for dinner could be better. Far away from city center.
