The Air Conditioning was great! The place had all we needed. The staff answered all our questions right away. Great location. Easy to get to everything. grocery store right next door. Everything you need within an easy walk. Elevator in the building. Will stay again next time!!

Don’t like the steps around the hotel

Parking down the street was a bit of a challenge. There is underground parking a five-minute walk away that could have been promoted better.

We booked a two bedroom and it’s comfortable for 5 people. The apartment is well equipped with most necessities and clean except the area carpet in the living room has many dirty spots. I enjoyed the apartment has good central air condition which helps a lot in summer time. The master bedroom shower area floor always got wet after shower. It would be nice if they have a shower door. But I wish there are 2 toilets in the apartment. Overall everything is good. I would come back again. The area is nice and quiet but also central to most tourists area. It’s about 20 minutes walking to the old town. There is a pharmacy right downstairs from the building. And some local bakery store nearby to buy breakfast.

Excellent property in great location. Communication was poor. We arrived after 5pm and had trouble getting into the apartment. The emails and signage at the location provided a phone number to call with no answer. After much frustration, the property manager responded to our WhatsApp texts. Not a great way to start

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious and clean. We really appreciated the ability to leave our luggage after checkout. I would definitely come back!

Great location to access the old town. Transit is very easy in Vienna and this area has great access. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and suited our needs.

We had a minor issue at check in but it was resolved right away. The apartment was great and clean. It was walking distance to downtown.

Great and luxurious apartment, besides tramway line and walking distance to the Innere Stadt and grocery store. We greatly appreciated the two bedrooms and 2 showers at opposite side of the apartment. Lots of storage space. Kitchenette, although we did not cook, seemed well equipped. Air conditioning worked very well. Very comfortable bed. Quick response from the management via internet. We loved the laundry facility and the outdoor roof patio. Only three negative points: 1. We were not given the apartment that I had booked on Hotel.com, but a smaller one. 2. Explanations/videos given on how to enter the complex and apartment were not aimed for where we were staying. We had to figure it out. 3. People smoking in the outdoor commun corridors were a bummer.

Like the condo really much. It was a nice condo, comfortable, large enough for 5 people. We had A/C which it was great since it can get hot in Vienna. The only downside is the one toilet for a 2bd condo. We paid the parking cash left the money on the dining table.

When we arrived, we were shocked and disappointed. There was no elevator, and our eight heavy bags needed a weight carrier to carry them to the second floor. But as soon as we entered the apartment, everything changed: luxury, sophistication, abundance... We felt very welcome without words. I will definitely come back to this place and carry the bags again

The property manager was very responsive to any and all questions. It was a little confusing to me how to get the key but it is a very efficient system where you input the code you are sent to open the mailbox for the unit and the access card keys are inside. Nice safe neighborhood. It’s about a 10 min walk to the downtown but I knew that so it wasn’t a problem at all. Easy walk along the main roads so I always felt safe

Spacious and comfortable apartment for a family of 5 with good facilities. Walking distance to attractions in Vienna central. Many dinning option and grocery/supermarket nearby

First time to Vienna and luckily we found Rafael Kaiser Business Apt. Centrally located and walking distance to everything you need including a shopping mall with food court. We went hiking at Bohemian NP on a rainy day (unfortunately); but fortunately apt is short walk from the mall so my kids were able to pick up new pair of sneakers. There is also a money exchange vendor in the same mall; and according to one of the blogger we read, this is a reputable exchange vendor to go to if changing some euro is needed (but we did not use them). Apt is clean, modern, tastefully decorated and provided everything we need. Nepresso pods and tea included; they even have a large umbrella for use. Washer & dryer are at the top floor. Our only complaint is dryer does NOT work well. We and other patrons had issue with drying our clothes (took forever and still clothes were still damp). They do need to have better glass door coverage for the shower so that water does not flow out to dry area (room) during shower. Bed is a lot softer than I prefer and probably due for a change. They provide lock box code for check in at the apt which was easy to use; although there is no check in desk on property. Check in staff are a phone call or email away. Other than that, it was AWESOME! Would definitely book again if we return for visit.

Very welcoming. We arrived early due to train schedule. They offered coffee and umbrellas to use since it was raining. Very comfortable Stayed 2 nights in June 2024

Great location, close to Tram, Ubahn and buses and lots of visitor sites within easy walking distance. Lovely apartment, very clean, comfy beds and all the facilities we needed for a city break in Vienna. Would stay there again.

This place was a great choice. Apartment was comfortable and well-maintained. The terrace was a real highlight - a perfect spot to relax. The price was fair for what we got, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The apartment was in pristine condition, spacious and in walking distance to all attractions. The public transport is easy and on time. It is not in busy area that was perfect for us! The kitchen was well stocked, laundry is onsite and easy. Coffee was stocked up and ample. The parking garage was pre booked by the property management per request and was very convenient. The management was excellent in communication and clear instructions. The DerMann cafe/ bakery was perfect spot for breakfast and right next to apartment. Overall exceptional stay and would love to be back.

The property was clean and very pretty , the communication with the recoption was outstanding! Loved the nespresso machine at the apartment!

Wonderful apartment and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Vienna. Great location that’s walkable to many places or a short metro ride to some further parts of old town such as Belvedere or Schönbrunner palaces.

Very nice and clean! Got a free wine for Easter! Great! If the bathroom installs more handles for bathtub, it will be great!

Easy to find and just steps away from public transportation. The outdoor tub and shower was top notch specially after a morning workout.

Property was lovely and clean. We had clear instructions with accessing the property. Local shops/pastry and nearby subways. Easy 15 min flat walk into centre. I would defiantly stay in a Rafael apartment again. Thank you

We liked that it was fairly spacious and fairly clean and quiet and safe. Would prefer if it had two full bathrooms with two toilets. More available taxi's would be helpful too Not great communication initially when the CC didnt go through.

Good location, quality, easy and simple

The accommodation was excellent. However, the parking arrangement was not communicated clearly ahead of time. Parking cost was additional 50 Euros for 2 days at the nearby public parking garage.

Fully furnished, all mod cons, spacious 1 bedroom apartment perfect for our week stay in Vienna. It's not in a touristy area and there were plenty of grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants ; no banks or ATMs though. Easy access to trams and subway although, if we wanted to, we could've walked to Stephanplatz in 20 minutes or so.
