Cons: Mattresses soft & worn out, kitchen cabinets & toilets smells bad, wifi weak & had to reboot before connecting, once you step out of the apartment’s main door, strong sewerage smell !!! Very limited housekeeping service. Bath towels looks dirty, yellowish & worn out. Floor lamps provided in 2nd bedroom came with blown off bulbs ! The apartment is spacious and clean. Nice view of the city, satisfied with the facilities, especially water dispenser and washing machine are provided. Beds are comfortable. Very satisfied, strategic location.

The property did not accept credit card payment. They only accept cash. This should be advised to guests in advance Inorder to be able to keep cash ready.

Place was perfect for families. Hosts were excellent and responded quickly to all our requests. Location is close to the airport and orangutans sanctuary but about 20 minutes from riverside.

Owner meet our request to provide apartment with landscape view of kuching. Rooms are neat and clean. Whole apartment is nicely renovated and new.Washer and dryer are provide. Water dispenser provide hot and cold water,save trouble of boiling water.Wifi is strong,surfing and downloading movie are fast. Will return to stay on our next trip to Kuching.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Imperial Suites Serviced Apartment. Absolutely awesome. It has everything you ask for like in your own home, complete with cutleries, pots and pans. Therere cooking stoves with an conventional oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a washing machine etc. Just cannot mention the rest. My daughter and her cousins just enjoyed themselves preparing their fav korean dishes. My mother in law really enjoyed herself. The staff were so friendly and many thanks to Mr Kenneth (hope his name is spelled correctly) for being really accomodative. Certainly I would like to recommend to my friends and relatives.

Room was very clean. Everything needed was inside the unit. Was very satisfied with Mdm Wong’s service.

Excellent location connected with Boulevard shopping mall and Imperial Hotel. Comfortable stay especially with friendly and helpful Mdm Wong, she very kind to offer help on luggage storage after we check up as we got a late night flight :)

The apartment was very comfortable to stay just that the day we accidentally left our room key in the apartment and we unable to get the owner to send the spare key. So we called the front office of Imperial Hotel to assist us just to take us to the lobby hotel. Unfortunately, the officer on the day does not cooperate with us whereby they don't want to take any responsibilities of the private owner of the apartment. We understood about the rule. We just seek help go to the lobby and no action from them (at least they have any ideas to help us, very disappointing). Additional, the way the officer talk with me very unprofessional and unethical as a front office. Alternatively, one of our member using the staircase (just imagine from level 19), just to seek another chance from the other front office at the lobby and he manage to get but during that time me manage to go to our car in the basement with the help of one good guy of the cleaner bring us to the basement. By then the owner comes and see us in the lobby. Lastly, i can says that Imperial Suites Apartment is recommended to stay with. About the above problem at least the staff hotel can improve the services on how to handle that kind of situation in future. Thank you very much.
