This was our second trip to the amazing Garza Blanca and we will probably be back again soon! We travel a ton and never go to the same place twice but the phenomenal service, food, and atmosphere just cannot be easily found elsewhere. Our butlers Francisco and Luis went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and satisfied both visits. The activity staff, especially Alejandro, kept our kids entertained and were extremely kind and respectful. Our poolside waiter Jorge was exceptional. We cannot wait to come back!!!!

This is a beautiful and modern property. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our butler Yuris was excellent and made our stay enjoyable. Yuris was readily available to answer any question or fullfill our needs. This trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday. He didn’t want any attention or birthday singing at the restaurants. Yuris and Josua surprised him with balloons, a bottle of champagne and a small birthday cake when we came back to our room from a day in the pool! Martin was also very helpful with chairs around the pool every morning. All the waiters around the main pool and the restaurants were super friendly and ensured our glasses were full at all times! Highly recommend this hotel if you want a luxurious getaway.

A new breed of all-inclusive resort
My wife and I just came back from a 6 day stay at the Garza Blanca Cancun to celebrate our anniversary. We absolutely loved it! I booked through Expedia and before getting to the resort I decided to be proactive and email the property to get more information about certain amenities and make reservations to the different restaurants available.
I got a super fast reply from their representative named Isabela Sibaja explaining all my inquiries and doubts. She also helped me make reservations to restaurants on all the days I was staying with them. It was an effortless endeavor. From this email exchange with Ms. Sibaja I had a great feeling that we would be in good hands while vacationing at the Garza Blanca. They did not disappoint!
My stay exceeded my expectations. From check in I felt like Garza Blanca rolled out the red carpet for us. Welcome drink and all, the check in was easy. I should highlight the service of Fernanda and Faby from the front desk who were amazing while dealing with us.
After check in we were introduced to a gentleman named Arcos who was our personal concierge to help and guide us during our stay. Arcos was amazing and prompt in making himself available and letting us know of activities around the resort daily among other things. Arcos showed us the way to our room and explained how things worked around the room (a/c system, automatic shades, etc).

Garza Hotels are excellent. We stayed at the Cabo property last January which prompted us to choose the same hotel in Cancun - Glad we did so as the standards of service, amenities are the same. I would say Cancun wins only because the Caribbean ocean is warmer.
We booked the one bedroom suite, I asked them to put us on a quieter corner which they obliged. The room was well stocked and replenished everyday. The housekeeping is on the ball and kept everything tidy day and night. The service provided in all dining amenities didn't fall short, staff is courteous and quick to turn around orders. I couldn't be more satisfied with our time at the Garza.
I see a few reviews talking about slow service which I read from a different perspective - If you decide to book a vacation at the peak of the season, you should allow a bit of grace and expect service may get delayed like in any other situation with the same circumstances. I also noticed some guests treating staff poorly. It doesn't matter if you paid/how much you paid for the service, a "please" and "thank you" is also expected. Garza has a wide food selection catering for every dietarian need - then there are some reviews saying they got sick with the food served. Let's be honest:Did you get sick because of the food or did you over ate or ate what you shouldn't ? I spent 7 days in this property with breakfast, lunch& dinner never a single issue. Hospitality is a tough business but these guys deliver. Can't wait to come back!

We loved everything about this hotel. I can’t find anything negative to say, every restaurant was Amazing, our favorite was the Blanca blue and the Italian both mangers were so nice even the waiters they did an amazing job catering to us. The swim up bar in the pool was the best part of especially if you have kids who want to have drinks every 15 mins I would like to say thank you to victor and Edwin they took care of me and family everyday at the pool! Especially my 7 year who loved to have mud slides and pina colada's. House keeper Alexandra was the sweetest person she made sure my room was kept clean everyday and made sure we had everything we needed.
I do want to say the only negative thing we didn’t like it wasn’t part of the hotel but they work with the hotel is the excursion we did the (snorkeling) the experience with our tour guide was horrible she rushed the whole time in the water we barely got to experience anything we swam to the boat more than we got to look, at our we beach stop we got to jump into the water once and had to leave we spent no more than 10 mins there. I would go with another company other than Cancun adventure, oh and let me not for get that on the boat they gave my 7 year a pina colada with tequila in it which he drank half and we notice it when he gave us the cup that we smelled it was so strong when we said something we were told oh now he’ll go to sleep early!
But other than that we can’t wait to go back and enjoy the resort!!!!

The property was beautiful staff was friendly but the all-inclusive package was not great most of the stuff on the menu was an extra charge and you had to sign a receipt for everything annoying. The liquor offer is not top-shelf has to pay extra.
The Butler says u could use the sister hotel next door for breakfast but it was false.
I recommend moving the coffee shop from the main dining hall cause it confused a lot of patrons.

**Mixed Experience: Some Great Moments, But Service Needs Improvement**
Our stay had its ups and downs. After a delayed flight from Toronto and losing our luggage, we arrived at the hotel around 10 PM. Unfortunately, our initial experience at the restaurant was disappointing; the staff was quite rude and refused to serve us. However, Luis Butler was incredibly helpful—after I shared my concerns, he quickly spoke with the property manager, who then upgraded our room at no charge. The manager also personally apologized, which I really appreciated.
The hotel itself is beautiful—brand new, with a lovely swimming pool. However, there’s not much to do at night, which was a bit boring. The biggest letdown was the beach; it was very dirty, with a lot of seaweed, making it impossible to swim in the ocean.
On our last day, we had another negative experience when a staff member at the pool, Fernando, refused to take our lunch order, despite being told that food service was available until 4 PM. It was disappointing and frankly unpleasant, especially after being told everything was included.
Overall, I noticed that many of the outdoor staff seemed to prioritize guests who tipped them generously. While there were some great aspects to our stay, the inconsistent service and lack of evening activities left us feeling underwhelmed. If the service were more consistent, this hotel could easily be a top-notch destinat

Resort is fairly new so facilities and rooms are clean and modern. Resort is next to a commercial ferry, beach is not clear blue and full of algae. No sand on the sea floor, very rocky and slippery flat rocks, will need water shoes.
Hotel staff was for the most part are rude and or dismissive as there was no oversight or management around. Restaurants were good but PACKED, bfast was CHAOS and had a long wait. Less expensive Hotel next door has same owner and guest there can book restaurants at Garza. Concierge are not helpful if you decline the vacation ownership presentation. Concierge are your only recourse for booking dinner- if you're not willing to give up half of your day to a vacation ownership presentation you will be ignored during your stay. Concierge really PUSH the presentation to guest and at breakfast you can overhear staff making sales pitches over meals to captive families. Not worth the price and definitely not 5 star resort experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the new and amazing amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. However, booking a table at the dinner restaurant was challenging during the first two days of my stay. Thankfully, the concierge was incredibly helpful and managed to resolve the issue, which really made my day. Overall, I had a great stay and appreciated the attentive service.

The best food I've eaten on an all-inclusive property! The service is impeccable and consistent throughout the property! Rooms are spacious and luxurious as well! While this is a Family resort, its hard to miss them because there's so much going on and to do!

Property is beautiful and nice, they should do something about the mosquitoes at night time you can’t go outside due to them. Entertainment wise they didn’t have any shows, so it was boring. Is really hard to get reservations for the restaurant too, the first day we arrived we loose our reservation for the steak house and they were not flexible at all with us.

We loved this hotel. The food is very and tastes, drinks are gorgeous. We love to have the beach near by the pool. The view is unique. The only thing we missed is a restaurant buffet for lunch. The staff is nice and friendly. Specially our butlers Luis & Francisco. We definitely going back soon.

I recently stayed at Garza Blanca with my family of 6 for a 4-day stay, during which we spent close to $8000 via an expedia package. I wanted to provide an honest review of our experience at this hotel.
*Bartenders:* The bartenders at Garza Blanca were a hit or miss for me. While there were a few great bartenders that stood out - the welcoming older gentleman at the hotel's main lobby in the mornings, the mixologist at adult pool( that was only there fir one class) and bartenders at the poolside by the beach who conducted an entertaining service. I found that the drinks at the bars were not worth the price.
*Food:*Despite the hype surrounding the food at Garza Blanca, I personally found it to be less than average. One standout was Divino, where both the service and food were amazing. However, the room service food was inconsistent in quality.
*Cleanliness:*Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the room cleaning service at Garza Blanca. The water in the shower had a musty smell, and overall cleanliness standards seemed lacking. Additionally, there was a noticeable mosquito infestation issue at the hotel, with both my children and I being bitten numerous times during our stay.
*Entertainment:** One aspect that was lacking during our stay was the absence of real nightlife entertainment. However, the kids' club was a highlight for my daughter, as they organized lots of art activities that she thoroughly enjoyed.
