Staff was super nice. I arrived early and asked for early check in, they said it was not possible due to full booking, when i asked to keep our luggage staff was more than helpful. also the staff gave us a tag and told us that we dont need to queue up after disneyland, just show this tag to any of their staff to check in and get room key

The room was occupied by five people, so there was not much room in the whole room, including the washing area.

Relatively small and expensive comparing to those hotels nearby

Nice location with super friendly staff. Only downside is not a variety of dinner places near by so be aware, eat in Disneyland , aside from that, this hotel and Disneyland and sea was the highlight of our vacation

It was nice place but quite long distance from Disney. Shuttle bus not saying English, so confused Wish & Discovery.

Does enough to provide basic needs, free shuttle and close to Disneyland, clean room, decent size, airport limousine station closeby, decent breakfast. Do not expect anything fancy. Kids were happy.

Have to walk 10 minutes to go to the nearest restaurang, The hotel doesn't provide any dinner service at all.

Everything was great about the hotel except that there wasn’t much around it within walking distance.

The service was great, they are very polite and very helpful. It’s also clean.

My husband & I brought my 2 young sons (age 3 & 5) along with my mother for a family vacation. We decided to stay in 2 separate rooms but we really could have stayed in one room since there were 2 twin beds and 2 sofa beds. They give complimentary house slippers for everyone, even small ones to fit children sizes. We bought dinner at this really huge grocery store then took a taxi to our hotel. The room was big enough where the 5 of us could eat together in our room. They provide a shuttle to and from Disneyland and DisneySea. We ate breakfast at the buffet downstairs every morning. They have cute Mickey-shaped plates to eat on and even though milk was not out as a beverage choice, when I asked someone for some, they brought some over to our table. We bought gifts from the souvenir shop downstairs & also drinks & snacks from another shop downstairs. Couple of things I would recommend. One, the bed is really uncomfortable. Hard uncomfortable. I’m used to the Disney Hotel at the Aulani in Hawaii & the beds there are really comfortable, so these are very disappointing, even if I didn’t make the comparison between the two hotels. It’s even more uncomfortable than a couch! Another recommendation is that it would be nice to have American Disney movies available to rent. Again, a nice feature the Aulani Hotel has. I can only watch the Disneyland and DisneySea on loop for so long (which is also played on the shuttle on the way, which is about a 22-30 min ride depending on traffic)

Cost performance is excellent with this property. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is a bit far from Disneyland and Disney Sea but it helps that shuttle bus is available plus the 15 minute advance entry to the park. Customer service was great!

An as expected Disney property with great service and ambiance. The 15 minutes you get to enter the parks is awesome. The only negative is it's a bit far from the resort area.

Excellent choice for a 'value' Disney hotel, bus service was prompt and the driver very funny. Very thorough at check-in, and whilst the room as expected. Breakfast was average but was included in room rate so fair enough!

I love everything about this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Good choice with reasonable price. Quite far aways from the JR, if you would like to go out late, then need to live the resort near Disneyland

Distance to main gate was 10min on the shuttle bus but other than the distance, it was great place to stay for family with young children.

Indeed magical. While it might be 20 minutes away from Disneyland, there are complimentary shuttle bus available. Staffs are all very polite. Check-in was very quick and hassle free too.

It was a little far from the Disney Parks. Free shuttle service available from the bus station at Disneyland, which is also next to the Disneyland Hotel. Very easy to locate. However, the trip felt farther than I expected, probably because kids were dead tired after a day at the park. Check in is quick. The hotel has a convenience store which has many food items to choose from, which was what we needed as we didn't have any dinner at the park. Downside is it didn't have a restaurant on site if you want to sit down for something nice. Room is a good size and everything is very clean. The lobby is beautiful too. If you don't mind being out of the parks area, this is a hotel to be with good rates.

Our room was spacious and clean, just nice to stay in. The convenience store was a blessing as we could buy food anytime we like. The gift shop carries a good range of souvenirs for last minute purchase. Most notable experience was the staff who helped us during our stay, in particular Ms. Kakizoe. My wife casually asked if we could borrow the trolley to push our luggages to the bus stop for the airport coach. She explained that the trolleys were only for on-site use only, which we understood. Later on, she offered to help us to bring our luggages on the trolley and she would return to the hotel with it. She sincerely wanted to help us and that gesture was one of the reasons why we love Tokyo Disneyland Celebration Hotel.

Location is really far out from Disneyland or DisneySea. For the price it might be better to just stay at a partner hotel.

Nice hotel with an outstanding staff, great lobby, and a cute room with fun Disney styling. The property is a bit far from the parks but has a free shuttle that gets you there in 15-20 minutes depending on traffic and the wait time if there's a line for the return trip. The hotel provides free early-entry to the park 30 minutes before opening. The staff will provide those on check-in or just ask at the lobby. Factor the shuttle ride into your leave time so you get there early enough. If you want to get to/from the park faster, then consider staying at one of the hotels next to the park. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had two adults and two kids so we booked the two twins and two couches room. All were comfortable and the couches were even big enough for adults. The couch beds were already made up for you, just pull off the duvet covers. The room was clean but a bit musty because of the humidity of Summer in Tokyo, but also a lack of adequate ventilation in the shower room or the maybe the vent wasn't working very well. Food options at the hotel are a cafe (buffet style) open for breakfast only and a Lawson's convenience store in the lobby. If you're arriving by train from Tokyo, you can either get off at Maihama station and walk (5-10 min) to the free hotel shuttle from the Disney park gate, or if you want to avoid walking with luggage, get off at JR Shin-Urayasu station and take a cab to the hotel, just note the cab ride is $17.
