Room was fine, as advertised. But the water in the bathroom tasted and smelled like dirt. The bottled water seemed to be filled with tap water as it tasted the same. Couldn't drink either water. Also the door to the room didn't seal very well, and you could clearly hear every noise and conversation in the hallway. I'm sure that meant that others could hear anything I did or said in the room, too. Overall the hotel was quiet, but I don't know if I had immediate neighbors or not. It's fine for a pre-flight stay but if you can stay off the airport property I'd prefer that next time.

Extremely convenient for our early morning flight as it is in Heathrow’s International Terminal cheaper alternative to the other hotel that has that distinction.

Great location and precisely what I was after.

It was a little Oasis in the hecticness of the airport. Front desk staff were super helpful with printing boarding passes and helping me sort out Wi-Fi. Extremely comfortable bed. Made all the difference being ready for a long flight

Overall a good stay but the room had some lights in the ceiling which kept us awake and the thermostat display was very bright through out the night we struggled to sleep because the room was not dark enough

Check in folk both cheerful and helpful. Accommodation very simple and windowless, but library, with coffee machine, offered a view of the car park and walkway. Ideal place to stay pre flight from Term3. Three minute walk to Virgin check in.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if I knew what terminal I was flying out of and then looked it up for me. They told me which places were open for food since I was there late. Check-in and check-out was easy. It was just so convenient to sleep there and wake up without rushing to drive to the airport. I was able to sleep-in, shower, and be fresh and well rested before my flight. The room was quiet and clean. I got a basic, single room, which was small but everything I needed. I would definitely do it again.

As long as you know what you’re getting it’s great. The rooms are small with no windows. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I had an early departure and they had two people working the front desk and brown bag breakfasts to go.

Hotel with no windows small room very claustrophobic. The duty Manager did move us into a slightly larger room but no windows. Ok if you just intend sleeping and then flying from T3. No restaurant either.

Didn’t actually stay here even though I paid to stay here. Tried to check in and was forced in to a 3 hour ordeal with a 20 min shuttle to a different hotel which was terrible and over 150 pounds cheaper a night. Such a terrible experience.

It was perfect i wad able to check in a little early so i was able to het to my event earlier them i plamned and was able to get in late. Very comgortable stay

Aerotel provides a functional stopover for those travelling on an early flight from Heathrow (specifically T2 & T3). The room was compact but functional. Overall, it met the need but was over priced for what’s on offer.

Rooms are tiny. Barely room to turn around with luggage, but very convenient when you need to be to terminal 3 at 6am.

It was.located right at terminal 3 at Heathrow. It was a great hotel for a one night stay in preparation for a morning flight. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious

Only stayed one night. Plenty places to buy snack food in the area...very very busy arrival/baggage claim. Ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was a smooth process. Hotel was clean..rooms were nice and spacious enough for an overnight stay.

Rooms are tiny and no restaurant. Adjoining T3 but unless this is necessity stay elsewhere.

Incredibly convenient, in Terminal 3. The rooms have ZERO charm but are very functional. No window. Nice bed. Nice TV. Perfectly ade

My closet is bigger. Cramped, claustrophobic, depressing. I could go on. No windows. Felt like prison. Very overpriced for what it was. Plenty other options at the airport
