Perfect place to stay. Great you could park on the street behind the property free of charge with no parking restrictions. Also bus stop in front of property. Caught the no 5 into Leeds. The apartment was lovely and clean and really warm. Shower was nice. Kitchen had all facilities. Also a great food centre opposite, B and BM store and Iceland. Excellent communication from Paul the owner. 11 out of 10

Great place to stay just outside city centre . Supermarkets @ shops within walking distance @ bus stop outside door with buses every 5 mins into Leeds city centre 20 min journey . Easy check in @ key collection

The stay was perfect, check-in time is a tad bit unique but bearable, explained very thoroughly on how to enter the property. Place is very large for such a price, with nice furniture and commodities. Paul is a great communicator and assisted me whenever I needed help. The location is superb, being a minute from a bus station that takes 15 minutes back to the city. Overall a great stay that i’m willing to reserve for again.

For the price this is a great stay in Leeds, as a solo traveller I really appreciate having a little studio and bathroom to myself at a good price. Well equipped with kitchen utilities. the bed is super comfy too. The place could be cleaner, under chair and around bedside table was a layer of dust and dirt including someone's earring but again, the price of this stay for what it is is low and kitchen and bathroom was clean which matters the most.

Very easy and simple experience. Check in was really easy, all the information sent to your phone. Keys were easy to find and access with the codes sent to you. The room was exactly as advertised and gave you everything you needed for a short stay. Easy to get into town, and had a variety of shops and restaurants near which made food and drink easy to sort! Apartment was clean and well equipped, good option for solo travelers. Paul from Quality Accomodations was really friendly and helpful, lived nearby and shared his recommendations for the area with me for food and other things I might need.

The owner was very helpful, responded to my questions immediately, and was very pleasant overall! My room was large and had a full kitchen with a washer/dryer, a huge bonus. My only complaint is the the place could’ve been a bit cleaner, but I had a great stay.

It was a nice enough place and have a washer/ dryer. Fridge. Cooker. Microwave but stairs very narrow and it's right beside a dual carriageway which was quite busy .if your on a low budget. It's very passable and 10 minutes from city centre which has a great market

this place was a good base for a few nights being on a high bus volume route meaning easy connections in and around the city, A compact room but with a comfortable enough bed, bathroom was separate on the landing, check in was via Watsap so good for any introverts reading. I'll have to bear this venue going forward in case of any other stays in Leeds or yorkshire in the future,

Was ok for price room was quite dirty with fluff and dust obviously not had deep clean in a while.bed was comy enough.quite noisy next to main road.was funny smell in room and bathroom smelt bit like dampness.facilities in general in romm were good.

Excellent accommodation @ a very good price . So handy to get in @ out of Leeds city center bus @ train stations . Very frequent buses from bus stop short walk from property supermarkets straight across the road . Easy check @ check out with codes for front door . I checked in at midnight had a late flight was no problem

It was a lovely little flat, it had everything we needed for our stay, soundproofing worked well, did get a bit of a jump when the guy in the flat below us set the fire alarm off on the first night, but it was fine apart from that :)

Super studio flat located about a mile and a half from the City Centre. Ten minute bus ride or a 45 minute walk. Pretty spacious bedroom, kitchen and shower room with loads of facilities such as a fridge, cooker, microwave and washer/dryer. Fantastic value, particularly on a weekend where few hotels were available in Leeds but would be good value at any time. Very friendly and helpful owner/manager Paul. If you fancy something bigger than the usual budget hotel room then I highly recommend.

Fantastic accommodation at an excellent price when you compare to city centre hotel. This studio apartment was perfect, it is easy reach to the city centre by bus or short taxi ride. If you feeling energetic, you looking around 35 mins walk. The room has a nice large bed, sofa, nice equipped kitchen and best of all one big TV, of course you also have your own private shower/toilet which is of a very high standard. The host was always available if required and the checking and departure process was very easy with clear instructions from the host. Depending on the type of stay you plan to have, there are supermarkets nearby if you fancy cooking your own food, I also notice a few takeaway nearby as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

A bit out of the heart of the city, but on a main bus line and good for what I needed.

When I arrived at the property the only parking available for the property was on the street. I pulled up and got out of my car after parking in the location suggested by QA and was met by 4 angry men shouting stating that I was not allowed to park there. I was threatened if I didn't move my car!! I moved it down the street and by this time had collected 10 youths following me to the new parking position. I took a barrage of profanities and made it quickly into the property. Before making it to the property there were people congregating outside the adjoining houses making noise. As I got into the property and into my room it was clear that there had been considerable water damage to the ceilings and walls by the flaking paint and stains, the furniture was dirty, the cooker was dirty and the smoke alarms had been taken off the ceilings. I sat on the bed for 5 minutes pondering what to do and decided not to risk either my car or myself overnight so I quickly removed my bags back to the car and drove to the nearest car park to phone around the hotels. I did not feel safe either in or outside of the property and the people I was working with the next day confirmed that it is a rough area?! I emailed my complaint and requested a refund but of course no refund received. Do not stay here if you are a female travelling alone!

good cheap option in Leeds. convenient for city centre and public transport.

Sometimes you really don't need to shout or say a word, All I will say is, I am going back there, I booked for the whole working week, I have done that since my first time there, and still have three more weeks to go there, in addition to booking further weeks ahead. I think this say's a lot.

The bedroom/kitchen area was perfect for one or two guests. Had everything you need for a short or long stay. The bathroom was not spacious at all which was quite frustrating as it made it difficult to do anything.
