Cleanliness is ok, but hotel dont provide toiletries. Only have 1 room slipper & 1 cup when we book for twin bed. Hotel room dont have phone also and you can hear alot if sound outside like door closing or stairs. Hotel dont have lift , so have to climb up and down.

Overall its good. The single room does not have window. But the price is cheap..

The place was clean but there was no windows in the room. There was security cameras everywhere which it was really good.

The room is spacious for family room and near with IKEA and Aeon Mall Tebrau. Highly recommended for those who wants to go shopping at IKEA.

When we checked in hotel, we were told in fact the double queen rooms are full, so the hotel upgraded our room to family room.

I paid for the room with window but was given without window.

Good convenient location. Near lots food areas in surrounding vicinities. Only Queen room available which was small to us. A little noisy in the wee hours from the back alley cleaning and garbage collection. Toilet didn’t smell fresh, maybe from the drainage. Cld have replaced toilet paper daily if housekeeping sees it running out.

Clean, well-light, free wifi, comfortable and convenient location. Kitchen is available on ground floor. Room-walls seem thin; we could hear loud sound from somebodys television till 2 am.

The hotel was good value for money. It was very clean and served our purpose well. Will return again should I need to stay in the same area.

The room was excellent with the pricing. It located quite a distance from the town which may be quite costly if you were to travel to town often. However, there a mall nearby where we can shop too. There also makan area just behind that 24hr. So it helps our hungry tummy at night.

Good location for terbau area

My family didn't enjoy staying there. Stuffy and dull room. Lack of toiletries e.g. Shower gel, shampoo gel, toothbrush/toothpaste.

Hotel looks new, but not well maintained. Toilet wall mouldy, shower head fixed at wrong position making it difficult to have a good shower. Bed ok; noise insulation bad, can hear walking, closing of doors from other hotel guest. Walking distance to Aeon mall and IKEA. Nice food can be found just 1-2 mins walk. Pricing is cheap, so still worth a revisit.

Basic hotel but slightly lacking on cleanliness side

I had a single room on the first floor. It was very noisy and I could hear people talk outside or in the other room?. The room is quite big for a single, esp. the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom could have done with some cleaning. Something was leaking (toilet or sink?) so the floor was wet. There are no toiletries but only one soap dispenser in the shower, which apparently is used for everything even shampoo!? We only stayed a night so not a big problem but i was glad i had brought my toothbrush. All in all an ok stay.
