The place is an excellent spot. It is close by the Clifton Hill park. The room is clean and renovated. The downside is the room is not soundproof, so the noise of a rolling suitcase or cart passingby can be heard inside. The shower is too loud as well when opened and can disturb you once someone use it.

We had a great weekend weather was awesome for being the end of October.
Rooms could use a bit of upgrade especially bathrooms. Bathtub had cracks and the seal on the bath tubs are comming off. Overall great room, spacious and close to Clifton Hill!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! It was clean, at a perfect location, and cute! Its older and does have a slight musty smell but it was barely noticeable. We loved the jacuzzi in the room, it was very clean and quite large. Parking is $22 a day. It was a perfect getaway for a couple nights. Only thing I would love to see added is having a sheer curtain for the large window so you can have some sunlight without seeing everyone outside (especially since we were on the ground floor). I would highly recommend this jacuzzi suite!

It rained heavily upon arrival. Part of the hotel hallway had rain in it. Not sure if it rained in our room but our room smelled of mildew. The hotel was booked so there was no where to move to. Also the rooms phone didnt work and wasnt replaced.

Great stay at the falls hotel and inn over a 2 night stay. check in was great and check out was super easy. the location of the hotel is so convenient to everything around the area. so close to the central area. everything is very accessible and close by. would stay there next time and recommend to friends and family. love the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. the bed was super comfy and the room was very clean and spacious. stayed in the inn part of the hotel and it was perfect.

Guests when booking this property need to be aware of their policy. I chose to pay at the property. Check in is at 4pm and i tecieved a phone call at 2pm from the property. They said my payment didnt go through and if we couldnt get there right away they would cancel our reservation. Apprently its their policy that they will try to put through the deposit upto 3 days out. Ive never experienced this anywhere else. Usually they payment isnt put throught until the person is there or after checkin for a no show. The woman on the phone was not friendly ablut it at all. We managed to get there in time. We ordered breakfast for 2 people, 2 days. We went the first day and it was HORRIBLE. The hollandaise saice was runny and see-through. The Western Sandwich had so many peppers in it it was inedible, the server wasnt the friendliest either. When i went to talk to the restauraunt manager, she tried walking away from me.. i finally got her to stop and listen. They took the charge off the room, but when we looked at our cc receipt they still charged us for it. The pool area was nice though. Wont be staying there again, too many options in Niagara.
