The service and room for both great I have no complaints

We booked a premium room in the heritage building with a balcony. On arrival they put us in a room in the back corner on the bottom floor. This room had no windows and the “balcony” was a cement patio with no seating and no sunlight. When we complain initially, we were told that that was our only option. In no way did this room resemble what was depicted on the website. It took us complaining to Expedia and having them intervene until we were offered a refund for a first night and room on the top floor with windows and a view. I have to give them credit For making up for it and crediting us for the one night however we only got it after we complain. The food here is marginal at best although they try to offer for five star service. The preparation of the food left much to be desired, but the presentation was excellent. All in all there are better places to stay for the money.

Quiet side street location but strolling minutes from temples, the wall and cafes. 15 minutes drive from Hotel to Airport

The room was lovely and very spacious, and the attached bar & restaurant were very good too with delicious breakfast & Dinner options. The only small downside to the room was the number of tiny blue lights all over the place that light up when the lights are off

Wonderful hotel in a quiet area of the old town. The room was very spacious, clean, well planned, a fridge, a wine fridge and had a huge bathroom. It even had a small patio with a hammock. The breakfast was good and a small portion of it had to be ordered form a menu but the staff was helpful and explained how to order. The pool was very nice. Lovely hotel and highly recommended!

Amazing property. What a great location. Made me feel like Mr miyagi from karate kid would walk out any minute. Amazing service. Great spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in my package and was excellent. They made you feel special. We wanted to go to the night bazaar and a staff member drove us there. Snack and drinks in the lobby. 5 star service. Would absolutely recommend and will come back. Thank you for making Chiang Mai an amazing experience.

At the poolside Wi-Fi was not good. There was interruption quite often. Otherwise everything was good. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Nice small boutique hotel and good location in the old town.

Staff was nice and the property was cozy. Was welcomed with a drink. There was this annoying dog barking late at night for the two nights during our stay. Moreover, I experienced terrible night terrors two nights in a row and I am pretty sure it has something to do with the place. If you don’t mind experiencing this, the stay was otherwise comfortable.

The women who checked us in and out was the absolute best. Please extend my warmest gratitude to her. I’m sorry I can’t recall her name. We checked in around seven and checked out around seven pm.

Our room was the best we have stayed at in Thailand. Just perfect.
Last but certainly not least we had a driver who drove us on a couple of errands. I cannot recall his name either, but he was so incredibly kind and courteous. Thank you so much for having us and I can’t wait to return.

Authentic boutique hotel, converted from colonial house, walking distance from all amenities of central old town, but also a haven or calm, bedrooms very well equipped, wonderful beds and bedding, and tastefully furnished, staff were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

My wife and I loved our stay here! The staff is seriously phenomenal. Right when you arrive, they make you feel welcomed and continued to be such lovely people throughout our stay. Our room was really nice and clean. We got the breakfast included and it was really good with a variety of options. The outdoor bar was fantastic and fun and they make amazing coffee!

The staff was amazing. It was our first time in Chaing Mai and the staff was helpful they would talk with the grab drivers to ensure we got where we needed to go. They explained the local area to us. Very attentive. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and thw shower was hot and had pressure. The location is just outside of all the hussle and bussle but close enought to walk.
Get the breakfast it was very filling with a large variety.

Location is terrible if you want to leave the property and sight-see on foot, get food or beverages.
Would’ve been nice to know the property backs up to the ghetto and a dog shelter and or daycare with about 20 dogs that barked constantly.
The restaurant on site is decent at best but is priced fair.
It got uncomfortable when I asked for a lemon honey tea (listed on their menu) and they brought me a black tea. I could tell the bar staff was talking about me, giggling and looking my way repeatedly. I’m not fluent in Thai but I could pick up on some words.

The staff is the main reason for staying here, they were excellent and did what they could to make the stay enjoyable. The room itself was okay at best, with very little natural light due to tiny windows and there was a balcony with a single chair (yes it was a tiny balcony!). Coffee and tea in the room but you only get a single coffee capsule per day unless you ask daily for more. Food in the restaurant was basic, for the price and quality there are much better options in town. Breakfast options were limited but acceptable.

The property was amazing and the room was one of the best rooms we had. It was large and really well decorated. It was certainly one of our favourite hotels in the trip. It was ruined when the staff helped us with our transport
