Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included. My only complaint is the bathrooms are pretty small. But everything else overshadows that.

The hotel was amazing to look at. The room was adequate. I missed not having a chair in the room to use which made it awkward.There was room for one. Also there was only a stand for one case. The bathroom was small but adequate. The plus side it had a lift. The reception area was amazing and the staff great. If you could pick up the hotel and put it in a different spot as I felt very isolated. Hense the service was exceptional to compensate. There is one great restaurant opposite the hotel called Faces which was interesting and if you are on a short stay that is all you need and the staff get you taxi. Not a lot around in the immediate area. The terracotta and Art give it quite a different and grandure feel.

This property was exactly as pictured online. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. We felt safe and supported. The bedrooms were spotless and the vibe of the hotel was boutique like. Would definitely return if ever back in Chiang Mai (which is a wonderful place to visit) and will recommend to many people. Loved the fact that we were off the main strip but very walkable in distance to all the main attractions

Overall our stay was very good ,our room was beautiful ,clean and all services effecient.. we were well looked after by the staff who were very friendly and helpful
The only improvement i would suggest is alittle more attention on breakfast menue and keeping things warm as some options were cool or cold

A beautiful hotel , lovely staff, beautiful pool. Right in centre of Chang Mai so restaurants and shops and markets within walking distance. Staff recommended great restaurants for local Thai food. Very safe area and we did all our laundry at hotel which was very inexpensive. Breakfast was wonderful - so many options.

The hotel is so beautiful and the staff were great. There is a restaurant directly across the street that is just as beautiful as the hotel. The terracotta carvings everywhere are simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful and convenient to many places. The staff was exceptional and very helpful with calling taxis and helping with arrangements to places. They went above and beyond even allowing us a place to hold baggage and then take a late shower in their facilities for an overnight flight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chang Mai.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is stunning and feels built into the street, with beautiful plants and a very peaceful environment. The location is right by a huge food market and the whole Old City is easily walkable from there. The service was above and beyond wonderful, as well as delicious coffee and foods. We only had an issue with a leaky AC unit, but each time we needed help with it, they helped us so quickly, no matter the time, as well as accommodating a last-minute booking extension. Really can’t recommend this place enough, I would love to come stay here again!

We had this trip booked over and year and found this property to be unique w great reviews. We booked and unfortunately had an unexpected death in the family having to return immediately to the USA. We called 3 days in advance to cancel and had two rooms two reservation. Yes they have a stated non- refundable policy but any and All Management can choose to make exceptions. After several emails, calls from Expedia they refused. Its not about the cost its the heartless consideration to have not made the exception. I’m a business owner and I could never not take the loss into consideration over a few hundred dollars. Unforgivable and unacceptable

We love it here. Staff is so sweet and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is tucked away in beautiful greenery while also next to a busy market and street food if that's your thing.

Beautiful property! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the pool was lovely. Only issue was kids on the property- if children are likely to bother you, there isn’t really a lot of space to escape them (ie at breakfast or by the pool). Wish it was adults only but overall 11/10

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Pool is a great asset although colder than we were used to coming from further south! Only negative comment is that sound-proofing is poor between rooms, easily fixed with ear plugs. We stayed room only so didn't try the breakfast, found many options for local and Western food nearby.

Glad we stumbled upon booking this property. It is beautiful and the staff are so nice. Great feel to the space, rooms and spacious and clean, and there are many restaurants, massage parlors, and bars within walking distance, as well as the Saturday market!
