The location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Comfort 5/10 Shower 6/10 Room overall 8/10 The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The shower hardly had pressure.

We reserved a king suite thinking it would have a flip out couch that would sleep 1 adult and 1 child. Wrong. It was only a single. Had to move the mattress on the floor to accommodate them. Poor advertising!!!

Reserved this pace for 280 for one weekend night. Arrived a few hours later and they had cancelled our booking without any prior notice. They said they had an upgrade across the street at the Hilton where they attempted to downgrade us to a queen size bed. It was no upgrade even when pushed to give us the king sized bed we had reserved because 1/ the served weak coffee (unlike the Starbucks where I had reserved 2/ they did not serve a made to order breakfast as I had gone out of my way to find 3/ the breakfast they did serve was inferior to the food at the Holiday Inn because there was less selection and no juice. 4/ the Hampton Inn by Hilton has generic toiletries, unlike The Courtyard by Marriott, which pictured Paul Mitchell . Both hotels is owned by the same entity and they did not call to discuss a partial refund.—they just said they would, so I paid for a breakfast that I never received and paid for for what was billed as a better place to stay but received quality that was to the average holiday inn because it’s substantially the same but has a larger breakfast selection at a much lower price with comparable rooms. Don’t stay at either of these places if you want convenience and comfort because you won’t get it. The Courtyard was even under construction (nothing mentioned in the ad) and the Hampton is surrounded by construction.

This is hands down the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in for the price. Everything was perfect. The staff was fantastic, the facility is perfect, USB-C plugs in the rooms, and streaming services on the TV.

Extremely clean bed, bathroom, and kind staff.

I was transferred to another hotel that was Brand New, I was thrilled at that and i had a blast.

Good place to stay but I would not book it through Expedia again.

The property was clean and appeared to be either new or newly renovated. There is free parking here and there are some restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast, but it’s a separate cost, so we didn’t try it.

This hotel was amazing! It is my new "go to" hotel when I come home to visit. Tony is awesome and a true professional! He was diligent in handling our reservation and handled our snafu with speed and diligence. Tony deserves all the credit for making our stay fabulous!

So we booked a 2 queen bedroom. We arrived late due to a few issues but since I was guaranteed our room I didn’t think it would be an issue. However when we arrived at midnight-our room was given away. They put us in a king room with a pullout, as well as a breakfast for our troubles. While the front desk person was very kind, we don’t eat breakfast and planned on sleeping in. When we got to the room, the pull out was the size of a twin bed and in no way could fit my 2 teens. I had to sleep on the king with my 2 teens and let me tell you that was not comfortable at all! The pull out had no sheets etc and my husband had to go downstairs to get them, then he slept on it. He said it was the most uncomfortable bed he’s slept in, with a bar in his back. The hotel itself was nice and new but the issue with the room really overshadowed everything.
