Eveything was in order as usual. Only complaint was towels had some stains and rolling chair is extremely dirty and ripped

Staff was great. Good place for a quick one night stay to catch an early flight from Midway. Property is next to a club that had a loud DJ. Fortunately we stayed on opposite side of the building.

One of our rooms was not ready at check-in time so we had to wait for that key. The AC and heating system didn’t seem to work correctly.

Our room had a very bad stink to it, they tried to cover it up with febreze, but it did not work and only made it worse. 3 hours later when we came back to the room it's still stunk so they put in an air cleaning machine. It worked a little bit, but the room still stunk. I think the only problem was our room, because I didn't overhear anybody else complaining. Also the carpets were stained. And the night light was flickering through the night. The staff was very apologetic for our problems, but that didn't fix it for our stay. They also would not give us a refund or any other sort of compensation because we booked through a third party (hotels.com). They were fully booked the night that we were there, so they cannot switch rooms for us. The next morning at breakfast they were almost out of everything. I understand that they were fully booked, but they should have realized that and been prepared that everybody would want breakfast.

Everything was pretty good. Clean mattress’s and bedding. No funky smells. A little bit of water spots starting to form but nothing alarming. I tried to get breakfast a few different times, each time there was nothing left. Laundry on site worked, air worked. Only bad thing was all of a sudden we came back to the entire parking lot closed off for three days. So you have to walk from the back of the hotel because the doors are locked. Then to load and unload you use a side door but as soon as you close it.

I stayed here after a cancelled flight at Midway. Close to airport and shuttle offered. You must pre-arrange for the shuttle.

We went to a Red Stars game, and our stay couldn't have been any more perfect. The staff let us park our car in their parking lot before we checked in, since we had a reservation, thereby saving us $20 in parking at the stadium.

The hotel has an excellent location next to the seat geek stadium, which Influenced my decision to stay there. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, and most everything worked except the blinds on the window. The blackout did not open, so I never saw the view outside the window.

Nice, clean and fun hotel. My kids had a blast. We didn't even have to stress about one of our meals. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were excellent!

Booked four rooms for three nights; one colleague found a bug in her bed, the property denied it (we have photos).
Rooms were not cleaned daily; we specificaly asked on day two for our rooms to be looked after and we were told that they do not clean or make up rooms daily -disgusting, not to mention unsanitary.
The front desk supervisor was less an adequate, big on "I'm sorry", small on solutions
