The room was very clean, cool, and fresh smelling. I booked this room the day of due to my A/C unit breaking down on a very hot and humid day. We were very rushed and uncomfortable after a very restless night of 100+ degree weather. We arrived after 4pm and were very happy to find our room clean, cool, with crisp cool sheets. Best stay ever!

Only the breakfast was great and the Chef Cindy was awesome. She made great breakfast and was very friendly.

I did not like everything which included 1. The room had a bad smell all three nights which I stayed there . 2. No ventilation at all. Extremely muggy and stuffy. 3. Next morning we asked for an extra mattress, the hotel staff refused saying they don't carry it at all. 4. No toiletteries in the washroom. 5. We asked for housekeeping and hotel staff said you need to let us know 24 hours before. Hence staff was very unhelpful and stay was below average. Please don't waste your hard earned money to stay here.

The free breakfast was really good, the staff overall were very friendly and the room and pool seemed well maintained and clean.

No fridge in the room, the lady at the front desk offered to put the extra pizza I ordered in the fridge in the kitchen. The next day I got it and realized someone at almost 1/2 of it, not sure who to blame but the rooms have a space for a fridge so why not install them. I also heard the front desk clerk tell a few people there was a fee to park, I get that they charge people who use it for airport parking but if you're a guest it should be free.

Cleanliness of the room

Breakfast was terrible. The TV was rather small for the room. And I had to get wash cloths from housekeeping immediately after check in. They failed to even leave coffee cups in the room. Followed by the coffee for breakfast not being fresh and the oj was as watery as the eggs.

I don't think you should have to pay for parking .. That really does not make sense since you are visiting from out of town who would not get a Rental car .. So to pay 20.00 a day is crazy to me the only draw back and I have stayed there at least 7 times

The trash cans by the entrance were overflowing when we arrived. The hallway by the elevator was soaking wet with water. There was not enough breakfast for all the guests so we had to go purchase breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel

The location was perfect!

The bedding was dirty upon arrival after I had already asked for them to be cleaned when I got there. My company and I left out for 10 hours, which is more than enough time for them to change two beds. We got back in around 12:30 at night, and one bed was clean but not the other. I called the front desk again, and they were rude and argumentative! They told me that someone would speak to me first thing in the morning and no one did. They also made me clean the bed myself! I'm not pleased about my visit.

There were potato chips left on the carpet from the previous guest so their housekeeping definitely needs to be improved. The heater only blew cold air even after maintenance inspected it.

Seems a sports team took over the restaurant with an hour wait to be seated.
