The hotel had many things broken, surprising for a relatively newrr building. Tile coming away from walls. Loose safety rails. Often fans set up to dry wet floors near elevator. Bathroom unsafe entering and exiting tub. Towels thin and number restricted. Limited staff untrained to help with shower seat.

We stayed here to go to a concert at the amphitheater. The front desk person was so helpful in telling us to prebook our Uber ride back, so that we weren’t waiting an hour for a ride. She also gave us a great dinner recommendation that was walkable.

Newer hotel with very modern decor/fixtures. They have Dove soap/shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms. The bed was really comfortable. Coffee maker/fridge/microwave in the rooms.
Free Breakfast selection was really good- scrambled eggs or omelettes, sausages, pancakes, cereal, cinnabon cinnamon rolls, bagels/toast, yogurt, fruit- lots of options!
The pool is smaller, no hot tub - and there is a fitness center that they said is open 24hours.
Convenient location right off the freeway.

That is an awesome breakfast!! Rooms were clean and in order. Bed was soft for my liking but other than that I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Our floor smelled of pot which made for an uncomfortable stay with my children. Every time we opened our door it wafted in the room. We were disappointed that the complimentary breakfast started so late 7:30 a.m. as we had to be out by 7:15 to attend a function. Seemed a little late as breakfast at other hotels start at 6.

Well what I didn't like is the fact that somebody dragged a garbage bag across the floor and left all kinds of bacteria juices everywhere

Our checking was great, but it went downhill from there. The second day of our trip, the room was not serviced even though we were out early. When returned and found this out, we went to the desk to get towels for the following morning and we were scolded to call the front desk before “showing up”. Later that evening we called for tissues (which was empty) and when we call we were then scolded for calling and “we have to just pick them up”! The local landscaper was cutting the grass early in the morning and got clippings all over our car, requiring a car wash.

I like to stay at this property in Mokena whenever I'm in town. The rooms are always immaculately clean, every staff member I've ever spoken with is very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of items.

The property is very nice but they were severely understaffed on the Saturday afternoon when we arrived. Rooms were not ready. The staff was extremely nice and tried their best but just not enough personnel. That evening and all through the night there were people that were having an argument in the hallway. The police were called and a portion of the people left the property. It was a horrible experience for my daughter and I.

The staff was wonderful, always greeting us. The view from the room was so nice facing the pond side. The room was clean, but there was just some little things that could have made it a little cleaner. The mirror was streaked from cleaning it, the window imprints on it from im guessing the previous person staying. The shower had some mold and rust on the caulk. But whoever tried to cover it up didn’t do a great job and there was a glob of caulk on the toilet paper when we went to use the bathroom for the first time. Not sure when someone had stayed in there last but it definitely made us chuckle. All in all, we will stay again. The bed was my absolute favorite part! So very comfy!
