Guests partying until 2am and staff had no ability to stop it. The room above us had an outdoor jacuzzi and they were playing music and partying. We were in room 204. My partner went to reception at about 12.30 a.m. to complain. The young woman at reception said they had been spoken to, but she would speak to them again. Which suggests somebody else complained. The noise could be heard from reception. At about 1.45 am. I went to complain again. The receptionist said they had already been spoken to three times.
