Such a clean place. Super close to everything fun. If you are attending anything at baxter arena this is within walking distance. We loved staying here and will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent until we went to give our handicapped daughter a shower. There was no possible way to utilize the shower bench. It was pinned in the folded up position by the handrail. We told the front desk about it at check out. She apologized and said we weren’t the first guests to complain about it. Why hasn’t the issue been resolved? No offer of compensation for the inconvenience either! So frustrating!! We consciously book an ADA room because we NEED those amenities!

I cannot review honestly because the property was without power after a recent storm. Our reservation was cancelled an hour before check in.

Big storm came in. This hotel property had no back up generator. The poor people working had no idea how to help guests. They did keep us safe however they had no power whatsoever and no contact with their manager or leadership. Very disappointed.

This one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It has a very simple set up and had everything we needed. It’s in a convenient location within 10-15 minutes of anything you could want to do in Omaha. I was pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great. The people at the front desk were awesome till I came back Monday evening and my room was dirty and I had to go to the front desk to get towels when I was told that they would service my room so that was my biggest disappointment. Other than that the staff and everything was cool.

This Aloft was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. The decor was fun and the room was clean. The kids loved the pool table, arcade games, board games, and giant Connect Four in the lobby. They also enjoyed the pool. We were able to bring our dog which was accommodating although the pet fee was a bit higher than other hotels we have stayed at. And it would have been nice to have breakfast included. But the free coffee was very good. The staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a great experience!
