The location is very central which is very convenient. The reception lady was very helpful.

Absolutely horrible hotel and room! The room was full of dirty and dust. Under the bed was lot of dust and dirty slipper. Sink didn’t work, shower was broken (water came from between the pipes, you coudn’t change the shower point), toilet did not work and flushed. The toilet could be used every 30min. We complain it about receptionist and she rolled her eyes and first she didn’t believe us. Then she came to our room and try to explain that you can’t use the shower like this and you need to wait for when you use the toilet?? We couldn’t use it at all! Later she told us that she reported the matter but there's nothing she can do about? There was no other room. She didn’t anwers our messages either and we need to send her multiple messages to ask what they going to offer us because the room wasn’t good condition. On next day, we waited the message from receptionist, but she didn’t inform us about anything. Until we came back to the hotel in midday, she inform that she still can do anything, but someone has fixed the toilet etc. She didn’t want to discuss with us or she didn’t want to take any feedback. It really was awful hotel! We can’t recommend that place!

This is an older property. The bathroom was very small and it flooded from the shower. There was also a sewer smell that came from the drain. However, the air conditioner worked well and the beds were clean. We only stayed 1 night which was enough.

Situated right behind the bus station, this hotel is perfect for a day-to-day transit or a short stay on low budget. Everything is neat and very clean. The restaurant is separated from the hotel, and there is no equipment for coffee in the room. But there are plenty of cafés, bars and tavernas within few minutes walk. Traffic noise from the road kan be excluded by closing the balcony door. We shall choose this hotel again on our next island hopper's visit. Be aware that the short distance to the airport takes 35 minutes by bus, as it also services the whole roundabout.

They have AC! Trust me, it does not say so in Expedia, but is has it.

We booked this hotel to stay for half a day, we had to check out from out other hotel at 11 am and and our flight was at 10 pm and we needed a place to hang out in between. It was relatively clean, with a comfortable bed and a working AC. The bathroom was really small and it was difficult to not touch the shower curtain when taking a shower. The location is in Fira near the bus stop so it worked for us.

For a short stay in Santorini, this is almost the perfect place to stay. Affordable, the bus station is just a few steps away, close to Fira center, friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the shower. It is very small, the curtain kept sticking to your body while showering.

Very close to the bus station, unfortunately i never met the personal, i had to go the restaurant to ask if they can help me for the key room, the principal light of the room doesn't turn on, but i think for the price and location it was all fine.

The property is within a block of the main bus station in Fira. Very convenient when visiting other towns of Santorini. Also, within minutes of the view points of Fira. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. The free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was good and the server was attentive and friendly. The unit we got has a bathroom door that was hard to close. Other than that, we would stay at this hotel again.

The Receptionist is very kind and she made Check in and check out so easy and quick. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfort. The location is plus, just 1 minute walk to the Bus station. It's within Fira Center just walking distance to Restaurants and Clubs.

Dining waiter (older male) takes the award for the WORST customer service and NO people’s skill. Felt like walking on egg shells to get a breakfast or lunch there!!He should keep his bloody criticisms/ critics to himself and not to criticise every customer’s request!!! Ask for milk for my coffee, he makes a bad comment, ask for ice for my soft drink, he makes a bad comment, ask for no meat in my breakfast, he makes a bad comment and bad body languages!! Is you are so unhappy going to work old guy, you should just stay at home. Don’t upset everyone’s holiday!!! All other staff are very polite at the reception and kitchen; but avoid the restaurant if you see an older male waiter!!! I believe he is going through menopause!!!

No pool, no service to get luggage upstairs to your room, no breakfast, ear deafening construction next door. Sea view room was a peak through trees & appeared to be very distant. Location was adjacent to bus station, & only 3 blocks from caldera view. Room was clean & A/C worked. Hotel arranged for fee transport.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. We had to check out early and book another hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was small but that wasn’t the issue, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and very very dirty. Despite asking for it to be cleaned. The veranda wasn’t big enough for 2 people to sit out and it also had a pipe gushing dirty water onto it. We paid for a sea view to which there was also none! When I asked staff about the sea view the response was too bad as she shrugged her shoulders. They were supposed to have a concierge to help with bags, they didn’t and there are no lifts! The breakfast was terrible, no menu or choice other than a terrible man barking/shouting that you could have eggs. He refused to serve the other member of my party because they sat down 2 mins after I did, telling us that he was not there to run back and forward to tables. To make matters worse and why we had no option but to leave was because the room had an ant infestation. The front Door of the unmanned reception over night was constantly banging all through the night making it impossible to sleep.

Very good cost/benefit relation. Excellent location. Just a few meters from the bus station and 2 minutes walking from Fira downtown. The hotel has everything you need. Simple and good.

Really good location especially if you want might life, dining and shops. Hotel staff were super helpful and accommodating especially as I had an extremely early check out. The hotel was clean and all the facilities (tv, shower fridge) worked. We booked as part of a girls holiday so we’re not expecting that much for our money however we were so surprised with how good this hotel was. Basic room but extremely lovely balcony and we felt very safe staying there. Thank you Hotel Santorini

Very friendly and helpful recepcionist, the hotel is simple but an excelent cost benefit. Clean and with a good breakfast (eggs, sandwich, juice, milk, and coffee). Room has a nice balcony and a small fridge. Location is very near the bus station, so you don't have to carry luggage around if you arrive by bus, and can easily access the city in a short walk. A good market nearby, and plenty of options for eating. The cons: internet was very bad and shower is hard to set for a good temperature.
