The hotel was very clean and located in a perfect area for shopping and entertainment. Also, the people were very nice and friendly and very helpful. We think they were awesome.

The hotel itself was nice. However, we checked out a day early because in the room next to ours was a person with 3 small dogs, unleashed on the floor. Also, someone checked in to the room above ours at about 2 am and made lots of noise for a good 40 minutes, like dragging furniture. We were awakened by this and thought it best to shorten our stay.

Sofa bed not very comfortable and the blanket for the sofa bed was not clean. I had difficulty regulating the A/C....maybe have some instructions. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Actually so much we decided to stay an extra night! Very clean hotel, very friendly service, and felt right at home! Only 1 single issue is that in the parking lot of the hotel there seemed to be some people loitering that looked up to no good, asking for rides etc (very sketchy).. I quickly notified a worker at the hotel while my family and I went to dinner. She noted that she was getting ahold of the security guard about the situation. And when we arrived back from dinner we seen no one in the parking lot that we were feeling unsafe or uneasy around. That was a great feeling my family had for the rest of our stay! Really hoping to be back soon!! I really wanna say one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time!

This property is amazing!!! Literally near EVERYTHING from Costco’s and Sam’s, Juicy Crab, Applebee’s, and shopping. To top it off I arrived way before check out with my kids and they got me a room so that my children wouldn’t have to wait. I will definitely be back!

Very happy with our stay. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very clean and everything seemed new. Friendly staff that tried to accommodate us every step of the way. Pool was comfortable. Breakfast tasted ok, no waffle maker, but definitely had variety. Lots of places to go/shop/eat out nearby. Will want to stay here again if we are in the area.

Stay here! HPU family weekend, perfect choice. Up to date, Clean, pet friendly, great hotel, all amenities, nice breakfast, they thought of everything. We would happily come back.

This hotel was quite nice. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good and all amenities were clean and available. I will stay at this hotel again and do recommend it if you are in Greensboro, NC.

Overall it was a great experience. However, the bathroom lighting stopped working late at night. Thermostat wasn’t working needed battery we had to replace them due to the fact front desk clerk didn’t know how.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Only minor improvements could elevate it to a perfect 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Great stay

This was a great set up for our family, Having the kitchenette and separate spacious bedroom with a door made it easier to travel with our little ones as opposed to just one room. I did feel like I had to wipe everything down though before we could settle in (dresser drawers were especially dirty). Beds were not that comfortable, mattress kind of sank into the middle of the bed. Soundproofing between rooms was not great, people above were very loud when walking around and next door room you could hear laughing/talking when louder than normal conversation. Breakfast buffet was nice, just try not to get there right at the end as most everything is picked over at that point. Although the pool was heated, it would have been nice if it was a little bit warmer. I thought the area would be OK, but there was a homeless encampment in between this hotel and the Motel 6 next door, which was a little concerning, but never personally affected us. It felt overpriced for the overall quality.

Front desk attendant was extremely rude upon our arrival. One of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve had in a while, and the room was dirty. Strange sticky substance in the closet, remote control was sticky. Would rate this as a 2/3 star facility.

Terrible check in experience. Keep us in lobby and refused to help us for checking in. After 6 hrs drive and arrived at hotel around 10pm. We have to stay in lobby for 1 hr until the next staff. The previous staff was terrible. She was unprofessional and did not know the system. Very bad atttitude, refused to do what she should DO

Everything is OK

It was good and clean and smelled great. Only disappointment was there was no soap shampoo conditioner and no shower cap. Disappointed
