Thermostat difficult to set. Was not able to warm up the room more than 20 degrees. Top of high furniture very dusty and not clean in a long time.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The lobby is very nice and the hotel location is very good. Unfortunately the service is fair and not up to the standards. At check in I was asked if I wanted daily cleaning and advised them I did. However this never occurred even though I asked more than once. We were given only 2 towels and one face towel. I had to call to request clean towels. The rooms are also very dark and this is also true for the bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel. For the price there are better options nearby.

The stay was amazing, the room was clean and great! The front desk went above and beyond trying to resolve our ac/heater problem. That was honestly the only issue, it would get super cold in the room, and you can’t control the temperature from the room you have to call the front desk. But unfortunately they were having technical difficulties controlling it too, so they would just turn it off but then it would get too hot in the middle of the night. The hotel though was overall a great experience also the mattress is very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Times. We initally booked at another hotel in the area that was flooded and had to make a last minute switch to the Grand Times. We were very thankful for the switch as it was very comfortable and just the luxurious stay we were hoping for a weekend away!

Stupid lady charged my card twice the fee for a night just because i stayed an hour late before checking out and my deposit wasn’t refunded worst hotel ever .. i kept calling to get my refund but no response from anyone

We had booked for 4 guests, but only 2 sets of towels were provided. The next day, I informed the front desk that we needed 4 sets of towels and requested that the garbage be removed. However, I did not receive a proper response, and upon returning to the room, I found that the garbage had not been removed and only 2 sets of towels were left outside.
Additionally, I found the breakfast options limited, consisting of only bread, boiled eggs, and cereal. I believe there could be more variety offered to improve the overall guest experience.

It was our first time there…we got a room on the 5th floor overlooking the sunset! It was wonderful! Room is very clean! Shower is amazing! Please note you have to pay for underground parking and breakfast …otherwise I think I will stay there again! Oh, front desk staff is welcoming and kind. Added bonus! 😊

Great stay for us. The only thing I’d mention is this hotel should not be listed as a 4 star. It’s more of a 3 star. No valet, no Conceirge, no restaurant, no bar. Only continental breakfast, I think normally to qualify as a 4 star more of these special things are warranted. That said, the hotel was new and clean and we had a great time.

Convenient location, less than a 7 min ride from Carrefour Laval. Nice rooms, new decor. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy to get on Higway 15 to go downtown Montreal.
