It's really good,clean and convenient location
But the hotel didn't clean it ones till we check out

The hotel is very close to Ueno subway station, lots of restaurants and shopping around. The room itself is quite big in Japan standard, the double room we booked has an additional bunk bed in it, great for families.It also has a laundry machine. However, because the building is adjacent to the subway line, you’re able to hear the train in the room, ear plugs are a must. The shower room also smelled a little musky from the moisture. Lastly, for our room, the sun blinds is right above the bed over your head, so the light shines right at you when the sun is up, eye cover is definitely recommended.

Close proximity to plenty of eateries around the area, shopping malls Parco ya, Matzukaya, Ameyoko street, Ueno and Akibahara. 2mins walk to Okachimachi station and few other stations. Spacious and comfortable room, full kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, sizeable fridge and love the in-room washer-dryer. Friendly and polite staff. Oh and I love the separate wash/ bath tub and toilet. Last but not least wonderful shoe rack!

We enjoyed our room with everything we needed: kitchen (with plenty of dishes, cutlery etc, and a good sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven), all-in-one washer/dryer was very useful, very nice shower with bathtub and plenty of towels to use during our 3 night stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice staffs, great location, a lot of restaurants, shops and corner shops ( Lawson and Family Mart) nearby, only 5-10 mins walk to JR station!
However, the curtain is not thick enough. Easy to get wake up by the sunlight at 4-5 am‼️

The hotel had everything we needed. The area its in is perfect for shopping, dining, and everything else. Very close to a train station. I cant wait to visit again.

This is the first time we managed to book Monday Apartment premium. Best part of this one is the location, within 10 mins walk to Ueno train station and Akihabara train station (multiple lines to choose from), shopping street, restaurants. Rooms are spacious and kids love the bunker bed. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Although next the train tracks, the room is very quiet. Having a in-suite laundry is also a big plus for travelling with family. Would definitely recommended to friends and for our future visit!

this is by far the best monday apart premium hotel we stayed at. very accessible to everything. i would definitely book again in this hotel. Japan wait for me!!

Great location and perfect for our family of four. The only thing that could have improved was a bit more cleaning. The appliances were dusty upon arrival and there were a few stains on the bedding, but otherwise a great place to stay. Location was good especially after a busy day in the city. Staff provided great service and very accommodating to guests - Thank you.

The staff were very accommodating. Most even spoke English which was quite handy. The rooms had everything we needed and had plenty of room for the three of us. Location was quite central to everything we wanted to see and do.

We were a family of 4 and the room was a perfect size for us, had a good size dining table & chairs, pretty much everything were there to use, you can even cook if you wanted to, cleanliness is excellent, the toilet, shower & bath were very clean, close to pretty much everything, transport, shopping, restaurants plenty to enjoy, safe to walk even in the middle of the night, can easily access in/out. Affordable, excellent value for what you paid for, I would love to stay again if travelling to Japan in future.

Very strict check-in time on me. I reached the hotel at 2.35pm and was told check-in time is 3pm. However, the front desk allowed another guest to check in at 2.45pm. This is really unfair.

Stayed with my adult kuds, the room eas roomy (unlike some rooms i japan) super clean. Staff was very helpful and lication was pretty close to everything and the area was not too busy. Easy access to subway and there was a uniqlo/GU and Don Quijote nearby. Overall we had a very enjoyable atay!!!Will definitely book again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is close to several train stations, shopping, and restaurants. The room was a perfect for my family of four, and the staff is extremely friendly and efficient.

Very convenient location. Close to several subway stations and walkable to both Ueno and Akihabara. Room is very clean and sizeable in Japanese standards. Next to the train tracks so you can hear the trains going by and not so loud that it will affect your sleep.

the room is big as compared with other hotels. the reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. the hotel location is very good, very close to okachimachi station and ginza station. also just 8-10 mins walk to ueno and akihabara station. lots of food surroundings. highly recommended and we must be back when we visit tokyo in future.

We could never work out why so many of the MONday properties had rooms available to book, as the price seemed reasonable and they're usually in good locations, but we found out the hard way. Unfortunately, our plans changed and because they're not flexible with booking changes, we just had to check out on an earlier day and wear the cost for the remaining nights.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The friendly and helpful staff, combined with the convenient location, made my stay a memorable one. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
