It was very clean. Owner was great with communication. Nice place!

The living room was nice but I would not stay here again. There were two beds broken upon our arrival so we moved the mattresses to the floor. The backyard was littered with trash and there were bottles and peanut shells in the bedrooms. There were two dishwasher tabs that were provided for a full weekend with a 6bedroom house. The smoke detector started going off and the property manager suggested to take it out. I would not rent this location again.

The location of this property is ABSOLUTELY NOT suitable for young families. There is an ally way in the back that sketchy people are constantly walking through as it is a by-pass for the gas station. The house across the street has people in and out of it at all hours of the day and night. There were cars on the street with windows busted out. The overall house is fine in that the bedrooms were nice and lots of places to sleep. However the place could really use some updates in that there is barely any kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. The sink was clogged and the appliances were just okay. The foosball table that is advertised is broken and the family room furniture needs to be replaced as it is completely worn and feels dirty. The upstairs bathroom was also very messy and the downstairs bathroom the drawers fall out. The managing property group was very accommodating and checked in often but the owner isn't local and needs to come check out the property for some major updates.

I don't even know where to begin.....the location of this house is in the middle of the absolute slums of Indianapolis. There is an apparent drug house across the street, bums and unsavory characters constantly walking around and an overall terrible neighborhood. This house should not even be on the VRBO site or be able to be rented by anyone. This is a terrible side of Indianapolis. STOP even considering it and look elsewhere. In addition to the terrible location, the property owner is based in California so has no idea the status of the property or neighborhood. The pictures are only of the inside of the house. The backyard is unusable and if you stand on the porch you will be approached by people mentioned prior that you do not want to associate with. We also had issues with trash left in the backyard for days which created a pile of maggots. VRBO states they can do nothing to assist other than call the property owner. If I could give this property zero stars I would. You've been warned!!

We took a boys soccer team. Plenty of room. Pool table was a great addition for the boys. Great house.
